Video classes available during lockdown include stretching and conditioning without gym equipment. If you have a rigging point and aerial equipment in your home and would like a video lesson then this is also possible as long as you have a mat and I am able to assess your level beforehand. I also offer artistic advice to those creating an act. Post lockdown I have a space in Bristol where I can teach, or can travel to you if you have an aerial space we can use.
I am a Cirque du Soleil artist (OVO, solo silks and duo web / AXEL, vertical chain, bungee and aerial hoop) and have 22 years performing and teaching in the circus industry. I have written a teacher training course for aerial arts and hold a level 2 ETM qualification in fitness instructing.

COVD-19, it is very important to stay healthy. Having a physical and mental outlet- such as a regular home yoga practice- is so important during this time. I have turned my in-person yoga classes into online sessions. The virtual classes I teach have proven effective for my beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.

Practicing yoga with a private teacher enables you to have the proper alignment for the postures, which ensures the most benefits. Having 20+ years of experience, I am interested in sharing my knowledge of yoga and the benefits of Reiki (energy harmonization) with everyone. I was trained in India where I lived for several years (Iyengar, Sivananda). Iyengar's individual approach allows you to work the postures accurately using the breath, without hurting yourself, learning to listen to him. I currently practice dynamic yoga based on a series of postures by consciously breathing that allows the mind to gradually let go.
Private lessons allow you to establish a personal practice program. After a first interview, during which your motivations and needs are studied, you will leave with a personalized session to practice at home autonomously. JamesFire Performance, Slack Lining, Magic, DJ/Production and Leather Crafting
I specialize in Fire Performance. I have been performing all over the world for over 20 years. My main tool is Fire Poi. I also work with Staff and Double Staff. I would cover fire safety, object manipulation, state of flow and meditation, performance and sacred geometry. Students would eventually need materials for this class.
The second class I offer is walking on a 1" slackline. Lessons will cover slackline safety, balance, core strength, meditation and how to set up a slackline. Students do not need materials for this class.
The third class is Magic and sleight of hand. I am an intermediate magician specializing in close up magic and card tricks. Lessons would cover magic history, close up sleight of hand, card tricks, coin tricks, parlor tricks and stage magic. Students would need a deck of cards to begin.
The fourth class is Leather art and tooling. I have been tooling and carving leather for over 15 years. I specialize in sacred geometry. Lessons would cover leather prepping, tooling, carving, stamping, molding and dying. Students would need to acquire their own tools and leather for this class.
The fifth class is DJ and Production. I have been a DJ for 10 years and producing music for 15 years. My main DAW is FL Studio. I specialize in Tribal/World music. I have played tons of festivals all over the states. Students would need a laptop for this class.

There are 3 options, either you can do private (one-to-one), you may join my live yoga class Tuesdays 17:30-18:30 and pay lesser compared to private or do my pre-recorded classes via youtube private link (booked like you would a normal class), a gmail account is required to access this class.
A typical open level class includes Relaxation, Pranayama (breathing exercises), warm-ups including Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), Single & Double leg raises, 12 Basic asanas (postures) and final deep relaxation. The focus is on mastering the basic asanas from which variations are then added to further deepen the practice. The asanas follow an order that allows for the systematic movement of every major part of the body in a balanced way that enhances prana or life force energy, keeping the mind quiet and without the need to think beyond each individual pose.
I also teach chair yoga which will be different from the above class description but still includes relaxation, breathing exercises and simpler chair based yoga.

I specialise in strength and alignment of the body for dancers and dance students. I provide 1 on 1 coaching with homework given and a comprehensive program for each student to follow.
I have a keen eye for detail and teach in a supportive and encouraging manner. I have recently helped students gain places at Tring park, Elmhurst and RB associates plus many more.
Aside from this, I also teach pilates for those who need some mindful movement to regain mobility and suppleness in their bodies.
