Video classes available during lockdown include stretching and conditioning without gym equipment. If you have a rigging point and aerial equipment in your home and would like a video lesson then this is also possible as long as you have a mat and I am able to assess your level beforehand. I also offer artistic advice to those creating an act. Post lockdown I have a space in Bristol where I can teach, or can travel to you if you have an aerial space we can use. I am a Cirque du Soleil artist (OVO, solo silks and duo web / AXEL, vertical chain, bungee and aerial hoop) and have 22 years performing and teaching in the circus industry. I have written a teacher training course for aerial arts and hold a level 2 ETM qualification in fitness instructing.
