About Me

I am a passionate and patient language teacher offering Dutch, French, and English lessons for students and adults. I currently teach Dutch to first- and third-year secondary school students in Belgium, which allows me to stay closely connected to the school curriculum and the needs of teenagers.

My teaching style is based on active learning: I strongly believe that students learn best by participating, practicing, and using the language actively. I encourage interaction, questions, and confidence-building in a supportive and respectful learning environment.

Conversational Spanish is a very important part of the learning as it is the natural way to learn it. My classes are designed to help students to learn in a natural way by choosing a topic and dealing with that topic from all angles: grammar, speaking, listening and translating. That helps students to gradually absorb what they are studying. I usually conduct a relaxing lesson where students feel they can improve and learn at their own pace.
Even if you are an absolute beginner you will be able to speak some Spanish by the end of the first lesson.
