I took English as an advanced course myself and French and Spanish as foreign languages and I would be happy to help you finally get your language problems under control! Together we will find solutions to your difficulties and can also train learning strategies and create learning plans so that you can learn efficiently on your own outside of tutoring. I support students from primary school to high school in all classes and types of schools and am also happy to help with preparing for the high school exams. I look forward to hearing from you!

About Me
I am Nina - I am a Master's student of psychology and I enjoy cooking, dancing (Salsa and Forro) and meeting up with friends.
Iparticularly enjoy coming up with creative ways to teach that students find fun, so they enjoy coming to class and take a lot away from it - after all, it's much easier to learn with joy and a good mood :-) We will find the right learning strategies for you together. In the session, we will discuss specific difficulties in the subject or homework. I am also happy to support you with suitable learning methods and task planning so that you can learn efficiently outside of tutoring. We can create a learning plan together and, after class tests, review what went well and what we still need to work on.
I find it very fulfilling when my students have understood a concept, especially that "Ah!" moment when the task is no longer a mystery. I always found it very sad to see when students came to me thinking they were "dumb" because they couldn't keep up in class or thought they "couldn't do math." The best moment is when students realize that they are definitely smart enough to understand the school material and leave the session with newfound confidence.

Education
I am a Master's student in Psychology, so I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and graduated from high school in Germany with a top GPA of 1.0. In school, I had advanced courses in Mathematics and English, and I am currently studying modules in Mathematics at university, especially in Linear Algebra and Statistics/Stochastics. I speak English at a native level (also due to my bilingual studies) and French and Spanish at B2 level, so I can provide support up to high school graduation.
Experience / Qualifications
I have been tutoring for seven years and have supported students from elementary school to high school graduation preparation. For example, I taught a fourth grader in German and general studies in elementary school, provided English tutoring to an eighth grader in secondary school, and practiced Spanish with a ninth grader in high school. I have particularly had many tutoring students in mathematics, ranging from elementary level to preparation for the written high school exams. In my studies, I focus on educational psychology, which has allowed me to acquire additional knowledge in teaching methods alongside my practical experience.

I am a master's student in psychology with a 1.0 high school diploma. I would be happy to help you finally get to grips with statistics in your psychology bachelor's degree. We can discuss your individual questions, you can send me your lecture slides or we can practice practical tasks together - you decide. I can also help with programming with the R programming language, with specific data evaluation or data analysis for your bachelor's thesis. So that you can learn efficiently and independently outside of tutoring, I would be happy to coach you in learning strategies and create your individual study plan for the exam phase together with you. I look forward to hearing from you! :-)
