Hello! I am a professional music educator with 16 years of experience dedicated to making music an indispensable part of life rather than just a lesson. Throughout my career, I have mentored over 1,000 students individually, guiding hundreds of them to successfully enter Conservatories and Fine Arts High Schools. 🏆

My philosophy is simple: Music is loved first, then learned. I prioritize building a deep connection between the student and their instrument. Whether you want to master the Piano, Violin, Guitar, or Oud, I offer a holistic approach that combines technical skill, ear training, and rhythm development.

I don’t believe in rote memorization. My teaching system is based on logic and understanding the "mathematics" of music. By simplifying complex music theory and "Makam" knowledge into practical and engaging methods, I ensure my students reach a stage-ready level in as little as one year. 🎼

In my online studio, I provide a high-quality learning experience using multi-camera angles and professional sound setups that rival face-to-face lessons. Whether you are a preschooler, a young aspiring artist, or an adult beginner, I create personalized, goal-oriented roadmaps to help you reach your musical dreams. 🌍

Let’s start this journey together and build a solid foundation that lasts a lifetime
Extra information
My teaching philosophy is built on one core principle: "Understand the Logic, Love the Practice." I move away from boring, repetitive memorization and instead focus on the "mathematics" of music. I believe that when a student understands why they are playing a note, they learn twice as fast.

Here is what you can expect from my lessons:

Personalized & Adaptive: No two students are the same. I create custom roadmaps based on your age (Preschool to Adult), musical taste, and goals.

Holistic Development: We don’t just play an instrument; we develop your ear, rhythm, and theoretical knowledge simultaneously.

The "One-Year" Goal: My structured curriculum is designed to take a dedicated beginner to a "performance-ready" level within just one year.

Academic Discipline, Creative Joy: While I maintain the discipline required for Conservatory and Fine Arts prep, I ensure the atmosphere remains encouraging and fun.

Tech-Driven Online Experience: I use a professional online setup with multiple camera angles and high-fidelity audio, making sure you see every finger movement clearly, just like an in-person lesson.

SPECIALISED IN TEACHING ADULTS.
Would you like to learn one of the instruments which have more style possibilities? Would you like to know why many composers say that is a very powerful instrument because it fits in may situations? Did you know that in the Klezmer history clarinet substituted the violin for projection reasons but also because perfectly able to imitate the human voice, crying or laughing? Would you like to discover the fascinating world of clarinet?

One of my priorities as a musician is the sound. I believe that with a beautiful and personal sound you are able at every level to transmit emotion and meaning, it doesn’t matter the difficulty or the level. So I try to focus first on awareness of what’s beautiful for the student and what’s not. Then through technique and repertoire (suggestions of the student or suggestions of mine that can help to grow the student curiosity), we develop the student knowledge.

Always helping the student to understand -depending on his/her the theoretical level- what we are doing, putting together music and theory. And giving tools to expand the border, at all levels. I have knowledge and experience in Jazz, Classical, Klezmer, Choro Music and Improvisation.
You just need a precious element!

• Music Theory
I focus on having a good basics, spending as much as we need to understand every single thing, because then with times it becomes more easy. I try to help the student simplifying the material because then, we only with ourselves with a good procedure of the basics to solve any problem. Only with one lesson, you will understand what I mean.

I have experience in preparing students for exams, the ones for the semester as well as any official exam; doesn't matter if you have an intermediate theory level and you want to improve, or if you would like to be stronger solidifying the knowledge you have (which is always the best option), or if you don’t know anything about notes and music concepts and you would like to be familiar with them. Maybe you are an adult who always wanted to improvise but doesn’t know where to start...?
The only thing you need is a good organization -which I can provide- to reach any goal!

In the classes we will address the different elements that make up music in different styles, knowing the particular language of each one. To do this, we will work on the different tools that we have with each instrument at the level at which each one is. We all know music but many times they make us believe that no, that it is necessary to know how to read and write. That is the graphic part of the language that we will learn little by little, music is a compendium of many other things. Some that we already know and others to know.

We will study the use of the keys and the positions of the clarinet, or the sax, the best way to position ourselves whether we play standing or sitting, the most efficient way to use the air, the diaphragm, the muscles. We will learn to form a good embouchure and we will develop a study method adapted to each one, according to their tastes, possibilities and interests.
I work with boys and girls from different parts of the world as well as with adults and the elderly.

In my experience I learned that, truly, the greatest limitation that we find ourselves is the very feeling of not being able, of believing that we cannot. The support of a dedicated teacher is essential to get out of those places where we accidentally enter and that sometimes limit us. We all feel that sometime. It is time for us to remedy it.

I will provide my own materials in pdf, video and audio.
There is no age limit.

Music is how emotions sound."
This is my philosophy, which I am excited to share with you. I approach my work as a music teacher with creativity and a personalized touch. Lessons can include technical exercises and a fundamental classical repertoire, or they can focus on free improvisation and self-chosen pieces. The content of the lessons is tailored to your preferences. Music should enrich every day and accompany and inspire my students in their daily lives. With my additional training as a voice therapist, I can also assist you with correct breathing techniques, posture, and body awareness.

Key Components:
- Motivation to make music
- Posture, positioning, and technical exercises
- Breathing, relaxed and beautiful sound
- Tone colors and interpretation
- Ear training
- Music theory and harmony
- Building a repertoire
- Improvisation and expression through music
- Music physiology
- Classical music as well as jazz, pop etc.

The goal is to awaken creativity through the flute and discover your unique sound. Lessons are available in German, English, and Greek. I also offer free improvisation workshops (with a selection of instruments), voice and breathing training, and piano lessons.
