Eefje is an experienced and dedicated yoga teacher and loves to share her knowledge and passion for yoga and consciousness work. Her yoga and coaching techniques are focused on strengthening the connection between body, mind and soul. She helps her students to be consciously in the moment and to make space for self-discovery.
Eefje completed her most recent teacher training at the Raja Yoga Institute Midden Nederland, where she studied the principles of Raja Yoga. Raja Yoga, also known as "royal yoga", focuses on controlling the mind and achieving inner peace through meditation, contemplation, discipline and self-knowledge. It is a path that integrates physical, mental and spiritual exercises, with an emphasis on finding balance and harmony. The Hatha Yoga phase is part of Raja Yoga.
Eefje is also strongly inspired by her teacher William Yang, who taught her the way of the heart, gentleness and self-compassion. She attaches great importance to his important work being shared and continued.
