Ballet classes, Pilates, Stretching, Functional training for joint health and dance related injuries
From 46 £ /h
As a John Cranko School graduate, I teach classical ballet through the Vaganova method, combining a strong technical foundation with an attentive and individual approach to each dancer.
My classes focus on building clean, powerful technique while developing body awareness, safe movement and a deeper understanding of how your body works. I pay close attention to alignment, muscle engagement, coordination and the details that can make your dancing feel stronger, freer and more effortless.
Beyond technique, in my classes you will be able to understand better what mindset helps you in dancing as well as your artistic side of dancing — musicality, expression, confidence, presence and the feeling behind each movement. I share practical tips, imagery and different mental approaches that can help when a step isn't working, a movement feels difficult, or you simply want to discover a new way of approaching it.
I believe that the most interesting dancers are the ones who develop their own qualities. Through individual corrections and guidance, I help you recognize what makes your movement special and learn how to use it with intention.
Apart from ballet classes I also offer pilates and stretching sessions as well as functional trainings for joint health. As much as my experience helped me evolve in those spheres as well, I myself put an extra effort towards learning and understanding the body far above just excecuting technical movements.
Come as you are, bring your goals and curiosity, and let's discover how much more your dancing can become

About Me
I am a graduate of the John Cranko School in Stuttgart, which gave me Vaganova base for my trainings. During my professional dance experience at the Mikhailovsky Theatre in Saint Petersburg, I also attended a teaching programme at the Vaganova Ballet Academy, further developing my knowledge of classical ballet and its methodology.
My teaching combines the Vaganova method with an individual and conscious approach to movement. I am passionate about anatomy, biomechanics and understanding how the body works. Having experienced different injuries myself, I became particularly interested in how muscle engagement and movement patterns affect a dancer's technique and physical well-being. I continuously educate myself in this field through books, research various program attendance and further learning.
Alongside ballet, I have attended various Pilates and functional fitness programmes, and I also offer stretching and flexibility sessions. I enjoy combining my knowledge from these different disciplines to help people build strength, mobility, coordination and a better connection with their bodies.
What I love most is helping each person discover their own strengths and possibilities. Whether through ballet, conditioning or stretching, my goal is to help you move more intelligently, develop confidence, explore your individuality and enjoy the process of becoming stronger and more expressive.
I believe there is always more to discover in movement, and I would love to explore it with you!
