You will be able to specify the class depending on your individual needs and preferences.

Examples of what you can specify:

- Focusing on improving your performance in a different sport based on your needs and preference - eg. stretching to improve your jumps in basketball/ kicks in martial arts/sprints in running/ extensions in ballet

What I offer:
