About Me

I am 25 years old and have an Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree in English Literature and Contemporary Literature.

I spent time at university volunteering to help primary school aged children further their English and reading skills, and thoroughly loved it! I am great with young children, having a toddler myself so I like to make my lessons fun and engageable.

I am a Masters graduate in Public Administration at the University of Leiden and have a Bachelors Degree in Economics from University of Leeds, UK. While taking a year out after my first degree at the University of Leeds in the UK, I decided to unleash my teaching potential thereby making an impact in the lives of selected year 11 students in my neighbourhood struggling with core subjects such as Maths, English among other subjects.

This was an enjoyable experience and I am glad I am able to put smiles on their faces and add to the knowledge of my students. The lessons are tailored so each student can achieve their own personal learning goals. I provide TEFL for both young learners and adults, in General English, Business English and IELTS preparation.
Lessons for young learner are done using fun activities and TPR to encourage guided discovery. Mistakes are welcomed as they help young learners to learn and remember.
