Hi there. This is Mahtab from Iran. I'm 23 years old. I have a bachelor's degree in Persian language and literature from Shahid Beheshti University and currently, I'm completing my Master's in General Linguistics at Tarbiat Modarres University.
As far as I remember teaching has always been my passion. When I completed my course in an English Academy, I applied to be a tutor on italki to help language learners learn their target languages.
It has been over three years that I’ve been working as an online Persian and English tutor. In these years, I’ve met a lot of people from every corner of the world and have been teaching both English and Persian to them and learnt a lot from them as well. I’ve given over 1000 lessons on italki.
I’ve also been a Persian language teacher in the Farsi teaching centre of Shahid Beheshti University and there, I teach my mother tongue to non-native Farsi speakers.
I am knowledgeable and experienced enough to work as an online teacher. I know how to adapt my teaching methods and materials to my students' needs and help them reach their goals.
I try to be supportive, patient and helpful in and out of our classes and make the classes interesting, productive and efficient.

I am a qualified and experienced mathematics tutor. Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in 2011, I started my career by teaching remedial courses in different schools in Brussels. I then specialized in individual academic support by following educational training at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I offer private tutoring in Paris (at the student's home) or remotely (online). My online lessons take place on an interactive whiteboard.
