About Me

I'm a Cambridge music graduate and a professional singer. I've been performing and writing about music for over a decade, and my research and performing centre on Renaissance music: I sing with early-music ensembles that perform from original manuscripts, and in cathedral choirs across England.

As a teacher I'm patient and thorough. I like to start from what a student is curious about and connect it to the bigger picture, so theory and analysis become tools rather than rules.
