My lessons are aimed at helping people revise and to understand physics and maths concepts that they may be unsure of. For example: particles, motion, forces, trigonometry, algebra, geometry.
Initially we will discuss your goals and the areas that you seek more clarity on and then we will set up a timetable of lessons for you, which we will review and update, as needed. Lesson length could be up to 2 hours, dependant on your schedule and will be online.

I enjoy helping people to understand the subjects I am tutoring. I have helped relatives with their maths, science and computing. Also in my professional life, I have mentored and coached colleagues, both in groups and individually. In the past, I have done voluntary work in a school as a classroom assistant.

I have a PhD in biophysics and a BSc in physics, both are from Imperial College, London
My A levels are all grade A in Physics, Chemistry and pure and applied Maths.

After earning my PhD, I worked in university as a postdoc for a couple of years, researching human visual processing. Then I moved into IT, where I have worked for more than 20 years. I have developed software using C, supported python based products and worked with SQL for several years. Recently, I have been developing programs for topics like image processing and plotting the positions of stars and planets, using python libraries.

I am a qualified and experienced mathematics tutor. Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in 2011, I started my career by teaching remedial courses in different schools in Brussels. I then specialized in individual academic support by following educational training at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I have been giving private mathematics lessons daily for over ten years.
