From 57.53 £ /h
I believe in personal safety training for all activities of your life, so you can be prepared for whatever life throws at you. Personal Safety is the ability to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to deal with ANY dangerous situation that you may face in your lifetime.
I specialize in unique personal safety and self-protection programs for teachers, adult women, and young women heading to college. In fact, what if I could prove to you during your very 1st hour of training:
• Teachers – how to make yourself less of a target for verbal abuse or physical assault . . .
• Women – how to improve your personal safety in public or at home . . .
• Young women heading to college – how you can exhibit your personal safety and self-protection confidence and start your preparation for those “questionable” situations . . .
This is just a small sample of the subject matter you can learn:
Teachers:
• The gray area that school teachers have to follow when it comes to dealing with a violent student, and what rights you have.
• If a fight happens in your classroom, get help . . . from your class . . . really !!!
• The (5) best improvised tools for teachers.
• (3) characteristics about your attacker(s), and none of them are good for you.
• How to keep from “freezing up” . . .
• Threat Categories – start putting students in your mental folders.
• (5) ways to break up a fight without laying a hand on anyone involved.
• And much more . . .
Women’s Personal Safety, Self-Protection, Rape Prevention, and Domestic Violence:
• Restraints - we’ll show you easy and creative ways to escape that pesky duct tape.
• Can you legally hit someone else first ?? The answer is yes, however there is a catch to this.
• (4) rules that self-protection training has to have for you to be successful.
• What makes you an easy target? With a few simple steps you can turn yourself into a “hard target” and tell your would-be attacker that you’re not someone to be messed with.
• You notice someone is following you in a store – what do you do? Find out how to keep yourself, kids, and purse safe.
• Pain vs. injury – the 1st one may not be enough . . . the 2nd one gets you home safely.
• How to get out of the worst-case rape scenarios and make the guy pay in the process.
• Are you really being stalked or is there another reason someone may be following you a lot?
• Learn how a relatively new sport in Europe can help protect you in a car rape situation.
• You will do as you train – If you know nothing, you will do nothing. Get training so you at least have a fighting chance.
• And tons more . . .
Young Women Heading to College:
• (5) characteristics about your attacker(s), and none of them are good for you. We show you how to counteract those characteristics and make it home safe.
• What’s the normal reaction of being choked, and what you need to do instead.
• Learn when it’s time to de-escalate the situation, and when it’s “Game-On”.
• How to avoid the “It won’t happen to me” syndrome.
• “Hi, I’m Regina Phalange” (yes, this has a purpose for being here). Developing a new persona . . . every woman should do this and we show you why and how.
• The party that went wrong. We’ll show you how insanely easy it is to put a roofie in your drink, introduce you to a new and very dangerous trend, and how you can keep both of these situations from happening to you.
• High School and College campus life . . . and safety. We take a deep dive into what students need, mentally and physically, to make it through their high school and college years safely.
• How motor skills affect your reaction in a violent confrontation.
• And much, much more . . .
If you’ve thought about being more safety conscience but haven’t quite pulled the trigger (pun intended) on signing up for training yet, now is the best time to do it. The world gets more dangerous every day, and the best thing you can do to protect yourself is to start your personal safety training right now.
I don’t want to just provide students with common sense solutions . . . they can figure that out on their own. I want to provide them with advanced life-saving strategies so they can survive any uncomfortable issue, stressful event, or violent attack that comes their way.

About Me
I've always been interested in personal safety - watching out for myself, my family, and others. In the past 15 years I've noticed an increase in violence, dangerous activity, and all-around lawlessness, and I wanted to increase my personal safety and self-protection in response to this. I'm a news junkie - I like to know what's going on locally, nationally, and internationally so I'm aware of potential issues that might affect me or my family.
I've wanted to teach this subject matter for quite some time now, and have only recently had the opportunity to start. I've created 4 specialized personal safety/self-protection training programs - each with very unique strategies & solutions that very few, if anyone else, has taught. I cover several topics that aren't covered in general martial arts or self-defense programs, but are critical to protecting yourself, such as advanced situational awareness, threat assessment, what to do if someone is following or stalking you, rape prevention, how to handle a home invasion, getting out of restraints, reviewing weapons and improvised weapons, and a lot more.
I wanted to create high school young women and adult women programs after researching and finding out that 1/4 of college women are raped or sexually assaulted (I've actually heard from law enforcement that it's really closer to 1/3), and that a high % of adult women have a fear about their personal safety and how vulnerable they feel in society.
I also have created a unique training program for teachers after seeing news stories about the increased violence in schools between students but in particular a rise in violence regarding students attacking teachers or administrative staff. I can personally relate to this as I was a high school teacher a few years back and witnessed student misbehavior, threats, bad language, and violence. After researching to see if any other organization or group had already formed a training course or program for teachers to enhance their personal safety, I discovered that there's virtually no training program out there that teachers can take to protect themselves against students verbally abusing or physically attacking them.
I'm also contemplating a training program to deal with bullying. I know this is a big issue in the schools, and when researching this topic, I found out that even though it's a big problem in the US, the UK has it worse. Several of the first sites I researched were based in the UK, and the degree of student bullying was astounding. The number of students attacking teachers was also high. This also prompted me to get a Bullying certification to show my expertise and knowledge in this subject in case I wanted to go forward with an official program. The majority of the existing bullying training programs focus on the normal causes, effects, and solutions, but they ALL advocate not to get physical to protect the child from getting beat up, even though some bullying ends up in a fight. This is where my training program differs from all the rest. I present the general solutions, but I include self-protection - as a very last resort, to keep from getting beaten up, or worse.
The world seems to get crazier every day and I would like to present positive solutions to teacher violence, and adult and college women to provide them with advanced life-saving strategies so they can survive any uncomfortable issue, stressful event, or violent attack that comes their way.
