About Me
I am a dedicated and passionate tutor with more than 9 years of experience in teaching Science and Biology in Sri Lanka. Over the years, I have worked with school students at G.C.E. O/L and A/L levels, helping them build strong subject knowledge, improve their understanding of core concepts, and achieve success in their examinations. I have also worked as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Jaffna, Department of Pharmacy, where I was involved in delivering lectures and conducting practical sessions for university-level students. This experience has helped me develop a deeper understanding of higher education teaching and strengthened my ability to explain complex topics in a simple and structured way.
I enjoy teaching Science and Biology because I am deeply interested in how living systems work, and I like to share this enthusiasm with my students. Experience / Qualifications
I have worked as a Cover Supervisor and Exam Invigilator in secondary schools across Merseyside through TeacherActive.
