About Me
I am very passionate and enthusiastic about sport and helping others to further their ability/potential.
I have graduated with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from Massey University and have represented New Zealand multiple times, in my favourite discipline of mountain running!
As sports science is such a broad and varied topic, my interests, abilities and experiences are widespread. This pool of knowledge I would like to use in benefitting you to maximise your sporting experience.
I also have formal coaching qualifications within running (athletics) and have both coaching and refereeing qualifications (in what was my first sport) of football.
If you have any questions or preferences regarding your lesson/s, please let me know.
