Hi! My name is Sergio and I am Spanish native teacher. I offer Spanish lessons online to children, teenagers and adults ALL LEVELS.

Teaching and educating has been part of my family for generations and as such I knew early that this was what I wanted to do. My diploma as Primary school teacher specialized in Speech-language and Hearing difficulties and the University course ́Teaching Spanish as a foreign language ́ gave me the opportunity to do different internships.

I would define myself as a calm person, responsible, patient, flexible and able to find solutions to the different problems that may appear. In addition, I consider myself very creative in the technological area. As a result, I can guarantee you dynamics lessons.

Concerning my language skills, I am able to speak fluently English. It would not be a problem to use it as a tool if there are any doubts.

About Me

My name is Sergio and I am from Spain. I am currently living in Galway (Ireland). I am currently working as a Spanish online teacher at the same time I work in a National School.

For the past two decades, I've had the privilege of tutoring in both French and English. My students have ranged in age, background, and origin, spanning children, teenagers, adults, professionals, and even seniors aged 85 and above.

To the uninitiated, a grammar book seems to be written in another language because the meaning of the words is incomprehensible. In a down-to-earth way, I'll translate the grammar into familiar words. With my tailor-made teaching you will accelerate your learning while having a positive mindset.

Learning a foreign language is not a linear process that consists of memorising a list of words, and speaking a foreign language is not an oral translation exercise.

There are two types of approaches to acquiring knowledge:

When asked what year follows 1999, you can immediately answer 2000 without having to think for a long time and, above all, without having memorised each number individually, starting with 1, 2, 3 ...
