Hi!

I am Cypris, a recent French graduate. I offer immersive French or English lessons for all ages and levels to help students get used to the language and progress naturally!

During the first lesson, I assess the student’s level and learning style to adapt my teaching method to their individual needs.

As a patient and attentive tutor, I like to vary the materials and activities to make lessons dynamic and enjoyable: conversations in English or French, watching videos, creating mind maps, games, and exercises based on what the student is learning in school if relevant.

I can offer drawing lessons too!

I am available for both in-person lessons in Oslo and online.

Education

I grew up in Le Havre, Normandy (France) where I completed a French Baccalaureate with an international option (OIB). I pursued a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences in Maastricht, the Netherlands, with a focus on Business, Psychology, and Sustainability. I recently completed my Masters degree in Lille, France, taught entirely in English.

I have already had the opportunity to support bachelor students as a tutor in sustainable development (100% in English) and to teach English to middle school students.

I wrote my bachelor thesis on experiential learning as a way to improve teaching methods for bachelor students. Thus, I possess theoretical and practical experience in teaching!

Spanish is one of the most spoken languages in the world and not only in Spain, it opens the doors to many of the great countries in the world and their musical, gastronomic, business cultures...

In my case it has been my mother tongue and I have always spoken it with my family and friends. Now I am living in Norway and I find it a unique opportunity to be able to make the language known and work on something that I like and consider important. I offer a course to learn the language, from beginners to people with a more advanced level of it, guaranteeing learning in a fun and dynamic way.
