Passionate about history, I am at your disposal for any help you would need for the writing of your presentations, end of studies and dissertations in EDM / geography / human sciences and French. Favoring efficiency, I restructure and correct your texts (or your courses) to make your subjects as alive as possible. All seriously, but always in a good mood.

I commit myself to correct you and to send the tests regularly after having fixed a schedule of work. But you remain responsible and master of your TFE / memory. In my opinion, teamwork remains the key to success.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me, I will answer in all circumstances!

➤ Learn French with a successful technique: the main objective is to acquire bases or improve your level in French (written & oral: pronunciation, comprehension, language construction, communication, conjugation, grammar & vocabulary). It is also to understand the cultural specificities of Switzerland & France.

➤ Whether it is for work or leisure, the classes are adjusted to the initial diagnosis and to your needs.

➤ The method focuses on your own goals and:

• are adjusted to your own rhythm, with (funny) oral and writing exercises
• help to improve your everyday/practical skills
• on interactivity: you learn much more quickly with private sessions and you develop listening and vocabulary skills in an effective way
• these classes are customized courses to create an environment adjusted to each person, to meet your individual needs & requirements, and to learn French effectively.

➤ Statistically, you will be able to notice that you have progressed with these private classes, after 2 or 3 classes (based on our 2023 survey).

Hello to all of you!
I welcome you to my profile.
You would like to learn French and I would also like to teach you French.
Fortunately, French is my native language. I live in Brussels where I have taught many French courses to French speakers and also to non-French speakers in the framework of FLE (French as a Foreign Language), mostly face-to-face and also some distance learning. I want to expand the use of distance learning.
Hence my presence on this site.
My greatest wish is to help you make as much progress as possible in French.
To this end, I use a judicious combination of oral and written exchanges.
I use these conversations to introduce grammatical concepts and expand your vocabulary. All this in a fun and friendly atmosphere!
You will have to express yourself a lot in French, because my level of Dutch is average. In fact, I speak it at a "normal" pace, but with a more limited vocabulary and expressions than yours.
This may seem a little frustrating at first, but it is a real benefit to you as it forces you to express yourself in French as much as possible!
It's all in your favor!
Please contact me as soon as possible so that we can start a fruitful cooperation.

The courses are aimed at high school students, literature students, and adults learning French (FLE). Through courses tailored to their needs, learners will consolidate their French skills, either from a strictly linguistic or literary perspective.

As for the language, we will be able to work on different aspects: grammar, conjugation, syntax rules, written and oral expression.

More experienced learners, in rhetoric and at university, will be able to consolidate their skills in written expression and literary analysis.

It is about progressing realistically and at the learner's own pace, and developing methods that allow for long-term improvement.

As a Frenchman who has lived in New York, I use French and English daily, which allows me to clearly explain concepts and support my students through the challenges of language learning. I myself enjoy learning new languages—I'm currently studying Indonesian and German—so I understand what it feels like to be a language learner. My classes are for children, teenagers, and adults, from complete beginners to advanced learners, and are always tailored to your individual goals.

Whether you're learning French for school, work, travel, or simply out of a passion for the language, I'll create a personalized learning path just for you. I like to incorporate your interests and passions into the lessons: we can use videos, texts, music, or podcasts depending on your preferences and learning style.

My approach is caring, flexible and student-centered, with the aim of developing your confidence and allowing you to progress at your own pace.

I offer an interactive method, tailored to your needs. We will progress according to your level. Do you want to improve your speaking skills? I offer role-playing exercises.
Do you want to feel more confident in your conversations at work or at the café? We'll simulate conversations in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. If you'd prefer to focus on specific areas of weakness, such as grammar or conjugation, we'll review the essential rules of the French language together.
