I hold a PhD in philosophy (Munich, Oxford) and a MRes in Social Anthropology (Cambridge). I have extensive lecturing and tutoring experience at different universities across Europe since 2012, including receiving awards for my teaching.

I specialize in tutoring maths and the sciences for gcse level.Everybody is different and learn things differently.i will help you to discover your way of understanding by teaching unique techniques to solve numericals.i assign homework after every lesson and you will start feeling confidence in a week.

With over 12 years teaching mathematics at different levels internationally, all your maths needs are catered for. Over the summer I will help students consolidate the work they have done in the school year, with the option of extension work that goes beyond the curriculum. We begin with a topic of the student's choosing. After a few sessions, I may suggest topics that I feel could be underlying the student's difficulties. Alternatively, if a student wishes to explore a topic more deeply, then I am more than happy to assist them in this.

I am a 21 years old third-year student at the Ecole Polytechnique of Paris, and I am currently in Oxford until September as a visiting student in the atom-photon connection research group of the University of Oxford.

Math and physics seem to be abstract, complicated and boring. However, if the hidden patterns and connections of these subjects are found, you can discover a whole new world of amazement, perspectives, and understanding, as well as a huge boost in exam scores!

Do you know that gravity and electrical voltage actually behave in the same way? Can you believe that cosines and sines can be expressed using exponentials? How can you prove the Pythagorean theorem, but using physics concepts instead of math? My job is to explain these seemingly unrelated things jumping out of nowhere, but in a logical, but more importantly, understandable and engaging approach.

If you're worrying about your exam performance, don't panic, I come prepared. Not only did I achieve all A* on IGCSE and 44/45 on IB, but I also tutored previous students on A Level, IGCSE, and IB past papers of the last 10 years. I know everything about the exam papers. In review classes, I'll go through knowledge concepts in a way that aligns with exam questions and I'll explain past paper example questions patiently until you completely understand them.

My methodology: I strongly believe in active recall and spaced repetition. The book I swear by is called Make It Stick by P Brown, H Roediger and M Mcdaniel. We will go over the content first followed by one to two exam questions. Homework will be more questions for active recall. I will mark all your homework before our lesson and we will go over everything that was challenging.

At the end of a topic, we will go over mock exams and keep them fresh in our minds (spaced repetition). I can also assist in university choices, applications and advice. I'd also recommend reading the book mentioned above, too!
