About Me

Paris-based American violinist Yelena is an active performer and teacher. She started performing at a young age in her native Armenia and has appeared with concerts internationally across Europe, the USA, Asia, Canada, and South America. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Armenian State Conservatory, Sweelinck Conservatory in Amsterdam, and a Master's Degree in Violin Performance from the Manhattan School of Music in New York.

Studied at the Manhattan School of Music in New York, where I completed my Master's in Violin Performance. Sweelick Conservatory of Music in Amsterdam and Yerevan State Conservatory in Armenia.

Katherine has been vocally trained in contemporary for 25 years and studied classical voice for three years. After developing Muscular Tension Dysphonia in 2010 and not singing for almost two years, she overcame this vocal disorder after working with some of the best voice and voice rehabilitation specialists in the UK. This experience further motivated her interest in teaching the following to her students in contemporary voice* using knowledge and training gained by renowned vocal coaches, ENTs and voice rehabilitation specialists:
