Fitness is an important aspect of a healthy pregnancy.
I am a qualified personal trainer (among other specialties) to deliver sessions for clients in pregnancy and post childbirth.
I have also recently completed my own postnatal program following a difficult pregnancy and the birth of my son - giving me more than just the education and experience, as I’ve personally completed the journey myself and know how challenging it can be - and how rewarding.
I will focus on the type of fitness you enjoy, at your level of fitness but most importantly within the boundaries of your pregnancy. We work with your doctors to ensure at all times the safety of your pregnancy so that you can enjoy your fitness comfortably knowing your little one/s is/are safe and also enjoying the benefits of sports in pregnancy.

Extra information
I have all the equipment necessary, and if it’s easier (and you have the space) can travel to your residence. We can also do sessions online for anyone who doesn’t live in central Paris.

I teach outside mainly by the seine in 6th arrondissement. I’ll have equipment with me and you’re welcome to use my spare gloves etc until you know you’re in love, and then I can help you get your own if you want.
We do lots of cardio to build endurance, to help you learn how to use your feet and condition your legs for all the movement they will be doing.
If you’ve never boxed before it’s no problem. We have fun, you learn something new, and by the time the hour is over - you’ve have had a big workout as well!
For those more advanced with their boxing we’ll cover the more technical aspects together.
If you’re interested in general fitness. Prenatal / Postnatal, cardio, musculation - we can cover these with boxing or focus more specifically.
It’s really all about you - and your goals!!
