One of my specializations is to conduct individualized tutoring for employees to help overcome academic deficiencies and improve language skills. I also teach multilingual groups of students tailoring lessons according to student needs. I enjoy working with students in small groups of 3 to 4 to help them develop their basic reading and writing skills, improve test taking and study skills .Also I believe it is important to conduct activities that target confidence, vocabulary building, pronunciation practice and grammar.
