English Introductory Class for new starters with diagnostic test

I specialise in tutoring English as a second language and provide exam prep tuition (Trinity, IELTS, TOEIC, Cambridge First Certificate). My goal is to challenge students without overwhelming them, and also to make sure they have a fun and enjoyable learning experience in all of my classes. I chart student development on a lesson by lesson basis and provide detailed feedback and suggestions for future learning and goals.
This class is for non-native English learners at all levels. I will carry out a diagnostic test upon meeting the student and plan out the future direction of learning with the student, tailoring the learning to the student's own preferences and goals. The classes focus on English grammar as well as spoken conversational English and exam preparation where required.

Extra information
If the student opts for online lessons then a computer with a strong WiFi connection is, of course, required. I also recommend signing up for Google Hangouts as a suitable platform for online learning.

About Me
I am a native English speaker and teacher from UK. I provide English grammar and conversation classes and also offer exam preparation (Trinity, Cambridge First Certificate, IELTS, TOEIC). Education
I studied for my degree at Lancaster University, UK. For my teaching qualifications I studied at the University of Liverpool and the University of Greenwich. I also undertook an adult teaching qualification at Nelson & Colne College, UK.
Experience / Qualifications
I have a BA (Hons) degree in English and three teaching qualifications including CELTA, PGCE, and a City & Guilds Adults Teacher's Certificate. I am a native English speaker with over twenty years of experience in teaching English and have worked in many different countries all over the world. I can teach to all levels and have experience of many different age groups (from 5 years to teenagers and adults).

This class is suitable for levels of B1 upwards. The focus is on phrasal verbs and how to use them in everyday situations. We will also look at the different types of phrasal verbs and how they are formed. By the end of the class you'll be able to recognise many different types of phrasal verbs and use them in conversation. This class is a lot of fun.
