About Me

I am a professional musician and guitar player. I have stepped in with artists and bands like Henry Laks band, House of Games, Bad Orange and many more.
At the moment, I can be seen as a soloist in classical guitar and in different bands.

I have graduated from G.Otsa. Music school in solo guitar. I've improved myself by learning from well-known guitarists and taking courses from well-known artists of our time.

I specialize in tutoring English and Spanish. Born in Germany, I now live and study in the UK which enabled me to further fine-tune and perfect my English language abilities. I have taught English to students in the past and am hoping to continue to do so. English does not have to be a chore and can be quite fun and intriguing. I personalize my lessons and offer my students additional resources to improve their English at home.

Making music is creative - playing an instrument really isn't. I have played the acoustic guitar for 2 years now and am willing to pass on this skill to like-minded people. In my lessons, we will focus on chords and chord progressions so that you will be able to play and arrange any song you like. After that, you'll have the chance to fine-tune these skills by e.g. finger-picking or percussive slaps. This course is for beginners with little to no experience with the guitar.

Music is in the origin of human history and is one of the oldest form of art and communication. It is the fundament of our culture, of ourselves. Only through music, we as the human race could evolve. Let's learn how to write music by becoming familiar with harmony, solfeggio, counterpoint.

Andrea was born in Latina in 1996. His interest in music began as a child thanks to the influence of his uncle self-taught musician. The fascination of creation and musical production led him at the age of 13 to begin studies of Composition (under the guidance of Maestro Alberto Meoli) and Classical Guitar (with Maestro Giuseppe Gazzelloni and Maestro Marco del Greco) at the "Ottorino Respighi" conservatory in Latina.
During his studies he has participated in numerous masterclasses with composers such as Leo Brouwer, Richard Causton, Toshio Hosokawa, Danny Elfman. In 2018 he participated in the annual composition course held by Giorgio Colombo Taccani as part of the LeAltreNote festival.
His works have been performed in several European countries by artists such as Ensemble Fractales (Belgium), Birmingham Contemporary Music Group (United Kingdom), Estonian Police Wind Orchestra (Estonia), Fabrice Pierre (France), Stefano Parrino, Stefano Di Loreto (Italy ),...
Among the awards obtained: 3rd prize at the Wolfgang Jacobi competition in Trossingen with “Cinque Miniature” for alto saxophone and accordion; 2nd prize in the Musica Nova competition (M ° Ennio Morricone jury director) in Latina with “I am vertical” for ensemble and soprano; O / Modernt Music Award in 2020 in Stockholm with “Ein Körnchen Sands” for mezzo-soprano, cello and piano; audience prize in the Tärkav Vask.ID competition in Tallinn with the piece "Śūnyatā" for wind orchestra; finalist in January 2021 in the Musequal competition in Helsinki with "Le vrai vert de l’ésperance" for violin, cello and piano.
He is currently completing a master's in composition with Helena Tulve at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theater in Tallinn, Estonia.

I integrate basic music theory into all beginner lessons and can also offer separate music theory classes up to and including ABRSM Grade 5 level if so desired.

I studied in the UK and graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London with a Masters degree and the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester with a Bachelor's degree, and I also have an Associate of Trinity College London diploma in instrumental teaching.
