A private Yoga class is tailor-made for your needs and preferences. Designed for full attention on yourself and you're practice. Lisa specializes in Private Yoga to guide you to your best version of yourself and to upgrade your health in a wholesome and holistic perspective. Yoga is not just on the mat, it's how we sleep, eat, live, and our relationships.
Private classes can be booked per class or as a program of 5-10 sessions. Prior to the program, you will be offered a complimentary call where we will talk about the specific parts of your life that you want to work on and change. Private group classes for events or groups are also available upon request.
If you are in Stockholm, the class will be held in my private studio at Selma City Spa but the classes can also be held online.

Extra information
Bring your own mat if you have one, otherwise, you can use the studio's mat. Private classes can be held for 1-2 persons. After the class, you will always be offered a healthy treat, like tea, fruits, or nuts.

Lisa practiced Yoga for her personal well-being for 9 years when she decided to quit her full-time job in the finance world to follow her dream to become a certified 300-hour Yoga Teacher.
After her life-changing Yoga Teacher Training in India, she strives to guide others to reconnect with their body and heal themselves with Yoga and Meditation. Devoted to sharing the Yogic wisdom with the world.
It's not the traditional Yoga Studio with weekly studio classes. It's Private 1:1 Yoga, Yoga & Breakfast Events, Corporate & Conference Yoga, Workshops, and Retreats. Always tailor-made for you.
