Singing lessons for all levels and age. For beginners, together we can discover the range of your voice and build the breathing and singing technique. At the same time we will work on music theory, ear training and how to read a score. For mature singers, we can delve into the singing technique and interpretation and add pieces in your repertoire. The lessons are provided both online and in person and can be held in English or Greek. I also speak some Italian and German. About me I have been playing the piano for 15 years. I have studied Classical Singing in the Municipal Conservatory of Kalamata (Greece) and I have followed a two-year Early Music Programme in Athens Conservatoire. At the same time I studied Music Theory (Harmony) at the Greek National Conservatoire from which I gained my Harmony degree. In addition, I have a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Here in The Netherlands, I finished my masters at the Utrechts Conservatorium and worked as a singer at the NKK NXT 2022-2023. I have participated in Operas (“Julius Cesar”- 2015 in Athens Concert Hall and “Alcina”-2019 in Odeon of Herodes Atticus) as a member of a vocal ensemble and I have also performed as a soloist in many concerts. Some of the stages I have performed are: Concertgebouw Amsterdam, TivoliVredenburg, Schouwburg Concertzaal Tilburg, Athens Concert Hall, Greek National Opera and the Odeon of Herodes Atticus.

Hello! My name is Megan and I offer in-person and online music lessons for musicians young and old, from experienced to advanced. If you are interested in learning to play piano, learning to sing, basic to advanced music theory, and more, you have come to the right place. I am a music educator specializing in voice, general musicianship, and music theory. I am a graduate of the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at Cal State Long Beach, and a current graduate student of musicology at Utrecht University. I have experience working with students of all ages and skill levels, and I enjoy working in both individual and group settings.

I have studied classical piano for over 10 years and have completed my Royal Conservatory of Music studies in Canada. I have over 3 years of experience teaching singing and piano to young students (as early as age 4) to beginner adults at the City of Toronto Parks and Recreation Programs. I am a passionate, calm and patient teacher who wants to share my love of music with my fellow students. I am also keen on helping students improve and gain further confidence to perform. I will be teaching online and when it is suitable I will be able to teach on location.

Hi! Im Swar! Ive been a guitar tutor for the past 8 years. Ive taught over 100 students how to play the guitar I myself have played in several bands and also been a part of a band that has opened for famous artists such as God is am astronaut, karnivool, etc. I have a simple funda: practice! Playing the guitar is a physical skill, I aim to give you enough practice to master this. The practice doesnt have to be boring! Every class you learn a little but of theory and a song to compensate for the theory ;) (except for the first class where you aren't allowed to touch the guitar). I personalize the class plan per student based on their learning needs. Minimum ‘boring’ theory if you know you're a hobbyist! And lots of theory for the nerdy music lovers! I do offer discount if you form a group with another student 2 student group - 20% off each 3 student group - 30% off each However, all grouped students must attend the class at the same time! My classes are different depending on your level and age. With children from 7 to 12, we start by doing easy vocalization and start training the ear with intonation, we then have fun singing your favorite songs. With teenagers, I also start with some vocalization, a little more elaborate. Depending on the student's capabilities, we start establishing a comfortable range for them and then proceed to singing. For my older students ideally, I divide our lesson into 2 sections. We work on respiration and how the diaphragm works. We do scales and arpeggios and work on intonation. We then proceed to singing and putting into practice our technique. Some students might need more technique before they actually sing, I like to take things slowly and make sure the student feels confident and comfortable singing. I teach children, teenagers, and adults, from beginners to more advanced. Classical training enables you to sing in any kind of way, so don’t hesitate and let’s sing!

As an Italian Opera singer, I help since many years singers with the right pronunciation of the repertoire they sing, helping them in shaping the language in a clear way, which also helps the singing. Our lesson will involve speaking, pronunciation exercises and singing. We will start the lesson by reading the text and finding the right direction and emphasis. We will focus on the sounds and how to produce them. In the second part of the lesson, we will apply all of the above to the singing!

Experienced teacher of Oud and oriental Arabic singing for over 11 years, I am Lebanese and currently residing in Germany. I studied for 8 years at the Lebanese National Conservatory. I taught at the Casa Beethoven Academy in Lebanon and gave private lessons. In addition, I was conductor of the Loubnan Assalam oriental orchestra for over 5 years. My recommendation for learning the Oud is to start with the study of notes and musical notation before tackling pieces. Although some students prefer to play songs directly, understanding the basics of musical notation allows for faster progress in the long run.
