I teach drums to students of any level.
Also every age (kids and adults) and in every style.
In the classroom we have 2 drumsets available and a PA system to play along with music. You just need to bring earplugs.

I myself studied at the School Of Arts in Ghent.

I can also provide you lots of info about tuning, drumheads, and drumkits (acoustic and electronic)

You do not have to bring anything, but earplugs are recommended. You will receive more information about material in class.

Hello Stephan here. I play drums with Scala&Kolacny Brothers, Brides of Lucifer, Trashbeatz to name a few. I specialize in lessons for beginners, mostly adults, buts kids are also more than welcome :-).

My name is Jasper and besides guitar lessons I also give private lessons in solfège!

For me it is important that you can develop your music knowledge in a motivating private lesson where the focus is on your interests.

In these lessons we can go through all the principles of music theory, from learning to read your first notes to chord theory to scales and beyond.
The lessons are for students of all ages and all levels.

I myself studied at the conservatory in Rotterdam and in Ghent and have been active as a professional musician for several years. I have 10 years of experience as a private teacher.

The (viola da) gamba is a bowed string instrument that was popular from the mid-16th to the mid-18th century. Like the recorder, the instrument comes in a variety of sizes, from small instruments in the register of the violin to large double bass ones. The best known and most commonly used type is the bass viol. The bass viol can best be described as a cross between a cello and a guitar: the tuning and left hand technique are close to the guitar, but playing position and bowing are reminiscent of the cello. Film buffs know the instrument from the movie 'Tous les Matins du Monde' in which the gamba music of Ste. Colombe and Marin Marais is central. The instrument is also known through the passions of JS Bach, in which it plays a prominent role. I studied gamba at the royal conservatory in The Hague with Wieland Kuijken. In the meantime I have about 30 years of experience in giving gamba lessons to children, young people and adults, ranging from absolute beginners to advanced players. In addition to the technique and the interpretation of the music on the instrument, I also offer support in the field of music theory and the historical context of the music. Modular synthesis is the place to be when it comes to new electronic music technologies. The cool thing about working with eurorack (modular synthesis) is that you can build your own electronic music system as you go. In this series of lessons you will learn the ins and outs of a number of essential Eurorack modules, VCOs, VCFs, VCAs, etc., and you will get started with them. You don't have to pay anything at all, because VCV rack, a software program, is free.

Whether you are a beginner or advanced drummer, I am here to help you with questions about technique, improvisation/chops, playing along with songs, strange time signatures/subdivisions, theory, etc.

I am currently studying jazz drums (master) at the conservatory in Ghent and besides jazz I have a lot of experience with other genres such as hip hop, pop, rock, metal (+double pedal), latin etc. As a result I am open to many different types of music. In addition, I have 5 years of experience in teaching and I am working on my educational master.

During the lesson you will always be able to choose what you would like to learn. This can be conceptual but also a song that you would like to learn to play. So it is built on the interests of the student.

After the lesson, a summary of the lesson is sent to the student. There is a clear lesson program and course, so smooth progress is assured!
