I currently work part-time with students at a Geneva-based, Montessori school and am looking for additional hours. I have the Cambridge teaching certificate for adults (CELTA) and previous experience working with EAL as well as native speakers.

I am a young and dynamic student on vacation. So I would like to fill my free time by giving classes to young and old.

French is my mother tongue and my favorite subject so it is with great pleasure that I teach it. Whether in literature, spelling and conjugation, I would be here to help you.

Course objective: To help primary school students strengthen their mathematics skills and gain confidence in this area.

Review of Basic Concepts: Begin with a brief review of fundamental concepts.
Practical exercises: Provide a series of practical exercises adapted to the student's level to apply the revised concepts. These exercises can include problem solving, interactive math games, and thinking challenges.
Explanation of new concepts: Introduce new mathematical concepts according to the specific needs of the student. For example, addition and subtraction of multi-digit numbers, multiplication, division, decimal fractions, etc.
Put into practice: Apply new concepts through concrete examples and additional exercises. Encourage the student to ask questions and express their difficulties for better understanding.
Recap and Action Plan: Recap the points covered during the lesson and identify areas where the student may need additional support. Establish an action plan for future lessons to continue to strengthen the student's mathematical skills.
