I am a bubbly, passionate tutor with 20+ years SEND and gifted-and-talented experience. I have a 98% success rate in coaching students to a 2-4 grade increase and I have 2 main techniques/methods that I’ve developed myself which have ‘systemised’ answers for students, giving them a structure template that's easy to follow and apply. I believe that’s what helps channel more specific and concise answers, find WHAT to write, and ultimately answer the question accurately.

I’m a bubbly and enthusiastic tutor who adores both my subject and finding the individual ways to empower and launch each student into their own confidence. Amazingly 98% of all my students over the last 3 years have achieved 2 grades higher than predicted when they’ve followed my guidance. I adore language and literature and having studied it both academically and as a professional actor, with the additional insight into the psychology of both characters in stories and the personalities of students, I love making the exams seem easy with a structured fool-proof approach.
