The applications of mathematics are limitless and are part of our daily life. They help us understand and describe the complexity of the world.I have not always been good at mathematics, but at university I took a big pleasure to study this subject because and I realized that by mastering the tools offred by the latter , it facilitated for me ( and wish it will for you ) the comprehension and the logic behind others key concepts in physics, biology or chemistry . I have also always liked to learn in groups during my studies , transmitting my knowledge and learning that of others motivates me. During my second year of Bachelor at the Polytechnical School of Lausanne (EPFL), I was chosen ( based on grades ) to be part of a teaching assistant team for linear algebra and analysis courses and I really appreciated the experience, I had good feedback both from the students that i helped and also from the teachers supervising our work. This is why I decided to extend the experience during my exchange year here in Denmark (I am finishing my Bachelor of Life Science engineering at DTU).

I just arrived in Danemark , so i don't speak nor understand danish , but i speak and understand english , frensh and arabic .

I am French native speaker and a qualified teacher with a PGDE in Primary teaching from Strathclyde University, Glasgow. I have always been passionate about languages, learning and traveling. Since moving to Denmark in 2016, I have been working as a supply teacher for the Lycée français in Frederiksberg, International School of Hellerup and Berlitz Denmark. From these three places, I learned many different methods of teaching and learning French, from young children right up to adults.
My motivation comes from seeing my students making progress from Day 1 and building confidence as we go. On the first lesson we will discuss your learning needs: why are you learning French ? I will then establish a learner profile by trying to find out how do you learn the best: do you prefer grammar to be taught formally and explicitly or would you rather learn grammar through patterns ? Are you a visual learner or do you remember best by listening ? Do you like to work with a method or would you rather learn with topics interesting you ?
A typical lesson is 50 minutes. We start with a learning objective, e.g. to order a meal in a restaurant ; to express agreement or disagreement ; to talk about your professional projects. We then have a presentation phase: using a mix of questions, videos, images, texts, I will present some new words or grammar points that we will practice step by step. You will be speaking a lot during these two stages ! The last two steps are a task and a review. The task is a longer exercise where you get to practice the key learning points in depth and during the review we discuss how you feel the lesson went.

I am a passionate Engineer from the Technical University of Denmark, looking to help with the technical and analytical development of students. During my academic career, I also managed to accrue two years of work experience. I had the privilege to work for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited as a Chemical Engineer after my bachelor's. I am currently working in a Danish start-up and looking to make my evenings productive and contribute to the danish society by sharing my techniques and skills in mastering mathematics and science.

The class will be held in English (Fluent) or German (Native). Before we start, I firstly try to find out together with the student, where are the strengths and weaknesses he or she has in order to customize the lessons. Generally, we do exercises depending on current education level and according to the material at class as well as repetitions of previous lessons. At some point we can include pc software supporting the understanding (of Geometry), but this will be especially for High School level. During vacations, the contents will be mostly based on repetitions. The lessons can be remote, however I strongly recommend direct interaction. The lessons are for Middle and High School level for students from 12-99y, so this might be interesting for adults as well :)

I am currently a second-year master student at DTU in chemical engineering, and I am passionated about physics and chemistry, which I love to teach and make people understand. I have taught to many students when I was studying in France, and I'm looking forward to teaching again here in Denmark!

I am really passionate to teach the above-listed subjects to secondary and high school students. The physics course will include, kinematics, dynamics and statics, magnetic and electrical fields, and so on. The Math course will include almost all parts of math for elementary and secondary school, and so on for chemistry and any other civil engineering courses.

Biotechnologist graduated (currently master student) available to give face-to-face or online math, physics, chemistry, and/or biology classes up to high school level. I can get to a public sudying place (school, university), personal house, or my place (which has a very nice and cosy common room (see Basecamp Lyngby)).
Experience in giving those support classes for 3 years.

I believe in an exercise approach to learning: via questions and answers, we are going to identify and solve your difficulties. That is my method. Methods used to enhance and improve the student's academics include, homework, solving of PAST PAPERS and as well assignments. My approach involves testing the student's approach in solving a problem, finding strengths and weaknesses. From here we can know how to gradually push forward.

I am very patient and give straight-forward and concise approaches to problems faced. In case the student does not understand , use other methods and tools which help break it down even further for better understanding.

The class is taught dynamically, based on the student's level and current topics being taught at school.
From then on, I will usually design questions and problems around the problem areas to make the material better understood.
