Learning the harp is a unique and rewarding experience that combines musical expression, technique, and creativity. Whether you are a complete beginner or already have some musical background, my lessons are tailored to help you progress at your own pace in a supportive and inspiring environment.

In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of harp playing, including proper posture, hand technique, and sound production. We will gradually explore repertoire always adapted to your level and interests, from classical to modern. I also focus on developing musicality, rhythm, and confidence while playing.

Lessons are available in English, Italian, and Spanish, and I welcome students of all ages.

About Me

I have always loved working closely with people and sharing the beauty of music with others. Teaching, for me, is not only about technique, but also about creating a positive and inspiring connection with each student.

I am a patient and supportive teacher, and I adapt my approach to each individual’s needs, goals, and personality. I enjoy working with both beginners and more experienced students, and I believe that everyone can find their own way to express themselves through music.

I am really looking forward to meeting wonderful new people in Vienna who are curious to discover the world of the harp and start their own musical journey.

Competitions: Arpa Festival FVG, the International Music Competition, City of Palmanova, the International Young Talent Competition, City of Gorizia, the LAMS Matera Prize, and the International Competition Bale-Valle.

I perform as a soloist, in chamber music ensembles and orchestras. I play regularly together with the mandolinist Eugenio Palumbo, with whom I form the KhromaDuo, with whom she has given numerous national and international concerts.
Orchestra with which I collaborate: Cyprus Symphony Orchestra, Festival Operistico Lecce, OperaZuid, Maastricht Kamerorkest, Nefelibata of Maastricht, Brixiae Harmoniae Wind Orchestra, Philarmonie Sittard, Limburg Yeugd Symfonie Orkest and Orchestra STU.D.I.O.

She has had the opportunity to play in some of Europe's most renowned concert halls including Teatro Rossetti in Trieste, Teatro Grande in Brescia, Theater aan het Vrijthof in Maastricht and the Muziekgebouw in Eindhoven.

Hi fellow cellist,

You have chosen to play the most wonderful instrument there is. I have been playing the cello for almost two decades and I can tell you it is a beautiful and rewarding journey, and I would not be where I am today without a group of extraordinary teachers and mentors that have been with me along the way and shared their wisdom and experience with me. Now it is my turn to share. I have been teaching for a few years and I love watching my students develop, enjoy the cello, learn new things, and become better at expressing themselves in the universal language of music. Whether you are a complete beginner or an intermediate/advanced level player, I would be happy to offer my guidance and perspective on anything you want to work on and improve. Aside from the technical part of the playing process, I can also be helpful in talking about performance anxiety, specifics of the music major education, preparation for auditions, building up your social media, etc. Contact me to set a lesson using the form below and I look forward to meeting you!

Studio Policy
This policy is in place to protect the student, the parent of the student, and the teacher and serves to ensure that lessons run smoothly.

Lessons/Payment:
Students may enroll in lessons at any time. Lessons will take place at the teacher’s studio in Vienna, Austria. Online lessons are facilitated using Skype/Facetime/Zoom.
Tuition is paid monthly and is calculated by multiplying the lesson rate by 4 weeks (3 or 5 weeks for certain months). Additional lessons are allowed based on the teacher’s availability. If I am traveling for a big portion of the month, I will let you know in advance, so that the tuition for that month is multiplied by the number of weeks I will be at home.
Single lessons in the form of a consultation or master class are available if you are not ready to commit to a monthly package.
If you have special circumstances that prevent you from taking weekly lessons or traveling to my studio, please contact me directly and I will do my best to accommodate your situation.
Tuition is to be paid at least 24 hours in advance of the first lesson of each month. Tuition is payable through Apprentus. For the consultation/single lesson, a one-time lesson fee is to be paid at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson. Your timely payment serves as a confirmation of our time agreement. If I do not hear from you nor get the payment at least 24 hours before the lesson, I reserve the right to reschedule and/or cancel the scheduled lesson.

Tardiness:
The student will contact the teacher by phone if they expect to be late for a scheduled lesson. If a student arrives after their scheduled lesson time has begun, the teacher will complete the lesson in the remaining portion of the time slot. Additional time for student tardiness is not guaranteed.
If the teacher arrives after a scheduled lesson has begun, the teacher will give additional time past the time slot to compensate for their tardiness with mutual acceptance of the student’s schedule.

Rescheduling/Cancellations:
Students must cancel/reschedule lessons by phone or email with at least 24-hour notice. Cancellations are considered excused for illness, family emergency, or severe weather (public school closures). Excused cancellations with sufficient notification will be given a make-up lesson within the month or lesson credit towards the following month. No-shows, cancellations without sufficient notification, or unexcused cancellations will not be given make-up lessons or lesson credits.
The teacher may need to cancel a lesson due to illness or a family emergency and/or reschedule due to performance engagements or planned vacations. In this case, the teacher will provide a make-up lesson within the month or apply a lesson credit towards the following month. If desired, the make-up lesson can also be taken online via Skype.
If a student cancels a re-scheduled make-up lesson, the lesson will be considered forfeited. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. If a make-up lesson is not possible, a lesson credit will be applied toward the following month.

Copyright/class recordings:
Lessons and seminars are considered intellectual property and may not be recorded (audio or video). The teacher is legally protected in case of a breach of this agreement.
The teacher is entitled to immediate termination of the lesson/package without a refund if this rule is broken.
The teacher is entitled to legal action in case of copyright infringement.
Parental Involvement for younger students:
I do not teach children below the age of 10 via Skype as they require hands-on work to form correct playing habits and posture.
Students 10 years and younger must have a parent or guardian present at the lesson. The parent will take notes and act as the student’s “home teacher”. Parental involvement is welcomed and strongly encouraged for all students, but not required for students 10 years and older.

Piano lessons in Vienna for beginners and advanced! I have been sharing my knowledge as a piano teacher for over 6 years.
In my piano lessons, I work with my students on a wide repertoire, ranging from classical works to pop and film music. Hello, my name is Pia and I'm a flautist. :) I started learning the flute at the age of 8. I loved it right away, so after music school, I continued my studies at the conservatory in Maribor (Slovenia). I then studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz. In 2024, I completed my bachelor's degree at the Gustav Mahler Private University in Klagenfurt. There, I earned a degree in concert performance and a degree in instrumental pedagogy.
During my studies, I also completed a specialization course in early music, majoring in transverse flute. Therefore, I also offer lessons for beginners on this beautiful baroque instrument.
During my studies, I had several private students with whom I explored the sounds of the flute and various genres (classical, pop, jazz, folk music, improvisation, etc.). My lessons are relaxed and communicative, full of collaborative music-making.
Classes can also take place online.

Beginners are just as welcome as those who want to deepen their knowledge or start playing the flute again after some time! :)
