Beginner - Expert Violin! All ages and levels are welcome.

I will improve your passagework, intonation, vibrato, sliding, presence, and solidity. I can also encourage musical intuition and imagination for creative students and teach them how to be independent thinkers to achieve awesome musicianship.

In my first two years of violin training, I had the opportunity to study the Suzuki method while becoming accustomed to a more traditional style and am therefore versatile and flexible with student's abilities.

I have performed as a classical soloist, in chamber groups, and with a full orchestra. Additionally, I have experience in modern popular music and help my students understand the importance of both mental preparation and knowledge on comfortability during their practice time and their performance time.
Extra information
I would be able to send online material so the student can practice through these either before, during or after the lessons.

About Me
Hello dear learners!

My name is Elizabeth and I am currently making my Master's degree in Violin and Chamber Music at the Universität für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Vienna, Austria. I started my musical endeavors at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia and continued with top vienna professor, Boris Kuschnir.

February 2023, I have debuted as a soloist with the Vivaldi Four Seasons Concertos as well as participated in the orchestral activities (once as the concertmaster) with the Cologne New Philharmonic Orchestra as well as had professional orchestral experience with the Vorarlberg Orchestra in Austria, Europe.

I play and teach both Violin and Piano and have more than 8 years of teaching experience in locations such as Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia (online) and currently USA.

I strongly believe in mind and body wellness as well as living a healthy lifestyle. I started learning Yoga from the age of 14 parallel to my intense musical studies and continued practicing throughout college years. I am in the process of completing a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification program and continue practicing and tutoring!

Most importantly, have fun in your journey and fire up your passion with dedication!

I am a violinist based in Vienna with extensive performance and teaching experience. The last few years I have studied in many cities (such as Frankfurt, Brussels and Amsterdam), learning from some of the best music professors in Europe.

Have you always wanted to play the violin? Or maybe your child is into music and would love to learn to play an instrument? Then, this might be a great opportunity for you to fulfill that desire.

If on the contrary you are an advanced student, I would love to help you build solid technique and support your own musicality.

On the other hand, I do love all kinds of music. I am happy to work with you in Pop or Folk songs for example. I did play many years in Pop and Folk bands at different venues, such as resorts in Greece! If you would like to, any song can be arranged and played on the violin.

I love meeting new students and helping them through their journey with the instrument. Every individual has different needs and goals and as a teacher I work together with every student, giving them the tools, knowledge and support they need to reach those goals.

Making music and learning how to do it should be always a enjoyable process. Fortunately, when you like music and have a supportive and experienced teacher, helping you out and giving you the tools you need in every moment, that joy and stress-free music-making comes easily.

I have 10 years of experience teaching private lessons to different ages and levels and several years of teaching internships during my studies.

Please, do not hesitate to contact me for any further questions or book.
