All types of guitar (electric, acoustic, classical, bass). Either following grades set by exam boards (all of the different pathways can be explained to the student, who can then choose which to follow) or teaching tailored to what the student wants to learn song-wise.

The guitar is an excellent instrument to learn and it can be used for many different purposes. You can use it to learn and play your favourite songs. You can also use it to express yourself and write songs. You can even use it as a way to work with other musicians and perform at gigs!

In each class I will teach you about the basics of playing guitar and how you can learn it. I have a strong knowledge of music theory on guitar which I usually try to incorporate into the playing aspect of learning guitar. The benefit of doing this is that it allows you to learn the movements and knowledge behind playing guitar, all while having fun learning a new instrument!
