This beginner Italian course is structured to help you build confidence and communication skills from the very first lesson. Each topic introduces practical vocabulary and essential grammar, making it easy to apply what you learn in real conversations. You will learn how to greet others; how to order food; how to talk about your free time and hobbies, your family, your holidays and your daily routine. Essential grammar topics will include the present tense; the imperfect tense; the passato prossimo tense; the future tense; the conditional tense; subject and object pronouns; and the adjectival agreement. I am 'The Tuscan Tutor' and have been teaching Italians to adults since 2017.

I am an experienced and enthusiastic flute teacher, who can teach flute teach to adults and children across a range of levels. I have a BMus (hons) music degree and an MA in Music Performance, as well as 20+ years of flute teaching experience in schools and privately. I have plenty of experience of ABRSM practical and performance exams with students achieving excellent results. I have also recently successfully supported a pupil to apply and audition for a music college Junior Department. My teaching style is pupil-centred and friendly. I teach using a wide variety of musical styles, ranging from classical, jazz, folk and modern. Lessons cover flute technique, performance skills, effective practice skills, music theory and music appreciation and can be between 30-60 mins, depending on level. I am also Principal Flute with a local orchestra and enjoy performing in regular concerts.

I am a student who has recently taken school exams and I specialise in science. I achieved grade 9s in both biology and physics at GCSE and would be happy to help children of any age up to GCSE level, helping with homework, exam prep or simply going over any topics that you find difficult.
