EkaterinaEnglish and Russian as second languages. Learn how to speak in English or Russian to a high standard
I was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia and moved to the UK in 2018. I have been teaching English for more than 10 years. In 2008 I got a degree in teaching and since then I've helped various students to pass their state exams and generally get better at speaking English. I've worked in Petersburg cadet corps and in a language school the English express where I taught both teenagers and adults of different levels starting from the beginner to upper-intermediate.
At my classes I love coaching my students through talking to them about interesting topics and setting challenging tasks and ambitious goals for them. I really enjoy setting stretching targets for my students and helping them achieve their goals whether it is working abroad, moving to an English or Russian-speaking country or exams.
The most important thing for me as a teacher is to see my students speak. When we do speaking exercises, I usually write my students’ mistakes down in order to discuss them later. This way of correcting mistakes makes my students more relaxed because they are not interrupted while they are speaking.
Over the years I have developed and fine tuned my own 9 point plan to make our classes more effective. The 9 point plan includes:
• Speaking the language you learn every lesson
• Listening to engaging audio materials
• Learning how practical grammar works and how locals use it
• Expanding vocabulary every lesson
• Learning correct sentence building
• Reading fluently and confidently
• Learning how to communicate the way that locals do
• Learning to pronounce like the locals
• Building confidence in all the above using discussions and role-plays

Daniel LopezPhonetics, pronunciation and conversational English!
My name is Daniel López. I am a very passionate and creative teacher (English & Spanish) I have experience in different contexts and backgrounds (Teaching teenagers, and University students) I feel very lucky in the sense that I really love what I do. I love teaching!!
I hold a Ba degree on TEFL (English Language Teaching), and and a Ma degree on TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) at University of Leicester, England. Additionally, I must mention that I am strongly influenced by the CLT approach and critical thinking models. In other words, I consider that teaching a language must focus not only in grammar and vocabulary but also in communication and interaction. Therefore, speaking, pronunciation, and everything related to the phonological aspect of languages is my interest.
Additionally, I would like to outstand the fact that I always work with clear purposes and organized lesson plans, and usually I create my own material in order to achieve specific purposes during the lesson, and because this allows me to be creative and accommodate any topic to your needs and interests.
If you need any tutoring in this field, do not hesitate in contacting me!
Have a great day.
AméliePrivate lessons in History-Geo, SES and English for the Baccalaureate ES
Student at the London School of Economics (LSE) in History, I earned my Baccalaureate ES honors in 2016.
I have always loved exchanging and transmitting what I learned. My mother is a teacher of German, I am immersed in the world of education since always. I started giving private lessons when I was in high school, and I continue today.
I help academically and psychologically ES students in History-Geography, SES and English. I explain the course in detail (if necessary), and we work on the methodology for each event, the organization and the planning of the work to be done.
For example, I started working with two students in high difficulty in April (overall average around 7-8 out of 20), and they just got their baccalaureate, including one with honors.
I also worked with another student the year before, who earned the distinction Very Good (with 19/20 in SES).

AlexEnglish Language & Literature Tutor For Primary, Secondary & A-Level
English can be a subject many find hard while at school. My aim as a private tutor is to get my students to learn to like English as well as improve their grades.
I teach a range of ages and levels. One hour or more depending on how the student feels. After an initial test a solid plan will be made for the student so that the outcomes of the course are outlined from the start. Every 6 weeks a progress test will be given so that we can mionitor the progress being made and allow for more challenging opportunities.
I love the subject I teach and I hope to omit that onto my student so that they avidly want to attend my lessons and leave feeling as though they have gained knowledge.
