Previously, I graduated from the Royal College of Music London with a First-Class Joint Honours Bachelor’s degree in Flute and Recorder. Hi, my name is Martyna, and I teach traditional Hatha Yoga in its authentic form, following the complete traditional structure of the practice. I believe that in today's world, yoga has often moved away from its roots. It has become either a purely physical workout or a spiritual practice without the grounding and discipline of the traditional system. Traditional Hatha Yoga offers a balanced approach that integrates body, breath, mind, and awareness, making it a deeply transformative practice. Through my own fertility journey, I have developed a special interest in supporting women who are trying to conceive. I tailor these classes specifically to the needs of the participants while remaining true to the traditional Hatha Yoga structure. Depending on the group, I incorporate practices such as hip-opening postures, specific breathing techniques (pranayama), mudras, deep relaxation, and the chanting of traditional fertility mantras. Every class is thoughtfully designed to support both physical and emotional well-being, creating a safe and nurturing space for women on their fertility journey. My intention is to share the wisdom of traditional yoga in a way that is authentic, accessible, and meaningful for each individual who joins my classes.

As a live musician at any level, it's crucial to play well with your band. Playing in a group requires paying attention to how everyone sounds as a whole. This can involve sound, arrangement, interplay, dynamics, timing, performance—an endless number of things! All sorts of small things can make a band sound good or bad. I can help you pinpoint where there's room for improvement or guidance. Together, we can determine which type of support is right for you. This could include assistance with the topics mentioned above, song selection, or creating a rehearsal plan. It could be a one-time session to get things started or help you move forward, or it could be a fixed period. I'd be happy to come by the rehearsal room and help out! I graduated from the conservatory in 2022 and have been working full-time as a bassist and producer (and coach) ever since. I also have experience leading bands, which requires a certain level of oversight, which I find useful when coaching other bands. I enjoy supporting people in developing their musical skills and their enthusiasm for them :)
