Since I was a walking baby, my mom said I was a musician. As the years passed, this path drew itself almost alone. Was just right before coming abroad alone when I knew this passion was bigger than anything else I have in life. It was also since then, that I realized that more than all the performance musicians that I admired I should admire my teachers that allowed me to grow and discover my full potential.
So, I perceived I want do be the creator of someone else's path and growth, both human and musically as I believe it is impossible to disconnect them, being music the ultimate form of expression.
I don't have a lot of experience but I'm young, fast at adapting to new environments, and especially willing to grow and to be my best at every moment with every particular person.

Beatriz began her musical studies in 2008 at the CCM with teacher Luísa Marques, continuing in the following year her studies in the class of professor André Silva with whom she worked until the conclusion of her eighth degree in 2016. She participated in masterclasses with professors António Saiote, Venâncio Rius, Cândida Oliveira, André Vieira, Vitor Pereira, Fréderic Cardoso, Luis Carvalho, Juan Ferrer, Bruno Graça, Nuno Sousa, António Salguero, Lenin Izaguirre, Nicolas Baldeyrou, Henrique Perez Piquer, Angelo Montanaro,Dominique Vidal, Lorenzo Coppola, Henri Mäki and Eric Hoeprich. She was able to work with the following conductors: Hugo Ribeiro, Francisco Ribeiro, Luis Machado, Paulo Silva, Luis Carvalho, Fernando Marinho, Rafa Albors, Leandro Alves, Eliseu Correia, José Eduardo Gomes, Luciano Pereira, Vitor Matos, Pedro Neves, Claude Villaret, Ertug Korkmaz, Francesco Belli, Paulo Martins, Jose Maria Moreno. In 2016, she completed a secondary course in music at the CCM, with an average of 18 of 20 and with the concertmaster role of the CCM wind orchestra and ARTAVE wind orchestra, conducted by maestro Eliseu Correia and Hugo Ribeiro, respectively. She was part of the quartet of clarinets "Sf4zatto" with which she performs several concerts and participated in the Young Musicians 2018 Prize and "Thalia" (2019-2020) with whom she performs around Switzerland. In March of 2019 she taught the "2nd Instrumental Improvement Course" in Alfena by the "New Concept Music-class band" as a guest clarinet teacher. Beatriz was also part of two "Klarinettenreparatur" Masterclasses with Jochen Seggelke and Wolfgang Lohff. Since 2019, Beatriz belongs to "Flora Vokalensemble" a professional chamber music choir conducted by Guilherme Roberto.

23 years old Portuguese/Spanish based in Zurich since January of 2019.
Music is my greatest passion since a child and also the reason I emigrated alone.
I love people and communication so languages are one of my favorite hobbies. (Though swiss german is still in a very early phase of development).
As my main side interests, I love reading/writing poetry, doing sports (actively at the gym and always up for anything sportive), going to the Opera, or dancing.

I am Letizia, 26 years old and I play the clarinet!
I've been teaching children, teenagers, and adults for nine years. I'll be completing my Master's degree in Music Education (at the Zurich University of the Arts) in June 2022.

I am a professional pianist from Taiwan, with more than 10 years of teaching experience. I graduated from Birmingham Conservatoire in the UK with a master's degree in piano performance and an advanced postgraduate artist diploma (both with scholarship and graduated with distinction). I have participated in masterclasses with many leading pianists, gained lots of awards in competitions, and had several concert performances around Europe and Asia.

My teaching experience spans over several years, in the UK, Taiwan, and Shanghai, both in a piano school as well as individually. I have helped my students prepare for the ABRSM exam (and pass it with Distinction), as well as attending competitions or performing in concerts.

I have 10 years of experience in being a music instructor. That's not only piano lessons, it's also a theory of music, history of music, and vocal and orchestral projects.

I've worked with students from all around the world - most of them attended the American School of Warsaw and the British School of Warsaw. The idea is not only to teach how to play the right notes and to know the main composers, but I also want my students to feel the music, to be able to find out what the idea of an art piece is. It is also very important for me to encourage a child to find his own style of playing. From my point of view, there are no people deaf to music, just people who aren’t acquainted with music, till now!

It is well known that music classes are not only pleasant but as well music classes are very helpful and important in a child’s education and development. Kids who play instruments learn languages faster and more productively, focus better, and it has been shown to perform better in math and science. Passionate about music theory and music theory, I would be happy to share with you my enthusiasm for music theory, so unfairly devalued, due to the sometimes brutal methods with which it is taught.

In the program :
- reading notes (treble clefs, C clefs, F clefs)
- reading rhythms (quarter notes, eighth notes, double / triple / quadruple eighth notes, triplets and other dotted notes)
- dictation of notes (training your ear takes time, but when the exercises are "tailor-made" and progressive, you progress faster)

Hello! My name is Orestis, I come from Cyprus and I am 27 years old. I am passionate about teaching, and one of the greatest joys of my professional career is watching my students flourish. I have been playing the piano for 20 years now and have over 7 years in teaching the piano. My goal is to make the piano lessons fun and enjoyable while also incorporating all the necessary elements, such as theory, music history and sight-reading, to create a well rounded musical education. I am experienced with exam preparations (ABRSM) and music school admissions exams, but I prefer to create my own curriculum to fit each student’s specific needs and aspirations.

Hello all, I am Rotem (24), I am a guitarist and a composer, and currently pursuing my master's in music composition and theory in ZHdK. I graduated with honors studying jazz performance with classical composition as a side subject from New England Conservatory (Boston).

I have been performing, touring and teaching around the world: New York, Washington DC, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, and more!

I have grown up with educaiton both in jazz and classical practices, and therefore am very versatile and fluent with both worlds which i believe creates a unique and interesting perspective for approaching music.

In our lessons, we could focus on anything you'd like to: guitar, music theory, composition, ear training, electronic music, improvisation (jazz and free improvisation), rhythm, and many more.
