Chemistry (IB, A-Level, GCSE), Maths (GCSE), EnglishTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Hey there! I am Laura and I am a graduate Chemical Engineer working in engineering consultancy company Worley in London. I am currently studying in Hong Business school, so I’m keen to tutor local students. I am really passionate about Science and I am willing to share my knowledge through tutoring. I worked as an online tutor for more than 4 years in one of the UK's top online tuition websites. During this time, I've delivered more than 1600 lessons and received positive feedback (please see picture below). I have also worked as a self-employed Chemistry & Maths tutor for a year and thought British and international students from all over the world. I have experience with AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC exam boards and IB programme. In my tutorials, student will be in control of what we cover during the session. We will talk through problems the student is having or questions (s)he wants to ask. I will use a range of different techniques, such as diagrams, summaries, analogies, which will help student memorise concepts easier. Once we looked through the theory, we will try to solve past exam questions. This will let student see the application of theory. I aim to create an environment in which any question can be asked and mistakes can be corrected. I am excited to meet you and help you achieve your full potential!

English, Math & Science Tutoring for Kids and TeensTranslate this text using Google Translate.

English, Math & Science Tutoring for Kids and TeensTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Learning English can be more fun and meaningful when you use it to talk about subjects you already enjoy! I am a Licensed Professional Teacher and Science major with experience teaching both online and in the classroom. I have taught English to international learners through ESL classes and currently teach Physics, Chemistry, and Science to Junior and Senior High School students. In my English classes, students can improve their speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening, and everyday communication skills through interactive and age-appropriate activities. I use conversations, questions, games, visual materials, and real-life situations to help students become more confident English speakers. For students who enjoy academic learning, I can also incorporate Math and Science topics into English lessons. This allows students to practice English while learning useful academic vocabulary, explaining ideas, solving simple problems, and discussing scientific concepts. Lessons are adjusted to the student's age, English level, learning goals, and interests. Whether you are a beginner learning your first English words or an intermediate learner who wants to become more confident speaking English, I will create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

My daughter found his lesson really interesting and engaging. He brought a lot of energy, and adopted a practical approach to teaching (performing an impromptu science experiment) which worked really well for a child with ADHD. Highly recommend

I have had multiple lessons with Mohamed and each have been incredibly beneficial. He has been helping me learn chemistry from scratch and get it to an elevated level and after each lesson I find myself progressing substantially. Merci beaucoup.

Mr Georgios is very passionate in his teaching. His devotion is far more than what you could expect. With his experience and passion, Mr Georgios is capable of nurturing young talents and bringing them great influence in music.
