My football sessions are creative and fun. Main purpose is to develop children' s agility, balance and coordination following the FA 4 Corners Model. Sessions can be done online or held in the nearest park for your own convenience. I am FA Licensed coach with Portuguese, Brazilian and English background.

Your coach manages a group and builds a team. I dedicate myself solely to YOU, your progress, and your personal goals, like a second coach completely devoted to you. My role is to guide you and help you get closer to your objective. MY JOURNEY: I have a UEFA C football coaching license, national coaching experience with youth and adult teams of all kinds, as well as a French MBA in wealth management, and US diplomas as a hip - sacrum - pelvis specialist and as a "Life Coach". I also have training programs from Chelsea FC and experience in analyzing players and solutions passed on to Manchester United FC. My multidisciplinary background allows me to approach your development from several angles: football, technique, mobility, mental, nutrition and personal organization.

In these personalized online football video analysis sessions, we analyze real situations from your matches to help you become a more intelligent and effective player. We can work on decision-making, positioning, movement, scanning, tactical understanding, passing and receiving, 1v1 situations and movement without the ball. Before the session, you can send me footage from your matches, or we can analyze specific situations together during the lesson. My objective is not simply to tell you what you did wrong. I want you to understand why a decision was effective or ineffective, what alternatives were available and how you can recognize similar situations in your next match. I have 16 years of coaching experience, a UEFA Pro license and international experience with Barça Academy and Girona FC. I adapt each session to your age, position, level and individual objectives. As a UEFA B qualified coach, I enjoy supporting the development of other coaches as much as I enjoy coaching players. My approach focuses on helping coaches create positive, player-centred learning environments where individuals are encouraged to think, make decisions and develop confidence alongside their technical ability. Rather than simply delivering sessions, I believe in sharing ideas, asking questions and helping coaches reflect on their own practice so they continue to develop long after a coaching session has finished. I encourage coaches to balance performance with enjoyment, adapting sessions to meet the needs of different age groups and abilities while maintaining high standards. By promoting effective communication, thoughtful session planning and continuous learning, my aim is to help coaches build environments where both players and fellow coaches can thrive, develop and reach their potential.
