In this class, you can learn how to play this incredible instrument, as well as develop music theory knowledge such as reading scores, basic harmony, and rhythm. You will also learn how to develop your own musical ideas and find a personal way to express them! I am a classical/jazz-trained pianist and composer who graduated "magna cum laude" with a Master's degree in Composition at the Royale Conservatoire of Antwerp. As a pianist and music teacher, I have several years of experience in private and public schools in Italy and I'm now teaching at the Royale Conservatoire of Antwerp. I am familiar with the classical and jazz repertoire as well as with 20th and 21st-century music. I'm passionate about introducing this beautiful and exciting field of art and its related knowledge. If you don't have any music experience or if you already know music and want to develop or study a particular argument, my classes focus on the construction of a personalized study trajectory and methods based on the level, interests, and expectations of the student! I am a pianist and piano teacher, a graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, with additional training in Italy and Chile. I have been teaching piano for several years to students of all levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced), children and adults alike. My approach is both structured and creative: I adapt to each student to develop technique, sight-reading, but also the joy of playing and musical expression. Currently, I teach at the Tournai Conservatory (substitute position). This experience allows me to work with diverse profiles and maintain high pedagogical standards. Particularly, I've studied in deep Tony Williams' and Elvin Jones' playing and the main drummers of the jazz era from the 50s to the 70s , so if you really want to improve that kind of vision and sound I can give you some great hints such as transcriptions, analysis, sound strategies and many video materials. Also, I am specialized in Funk/Hip-Hop music and that kind of groovy world. So, I've been mastering a specific approach to this genre as well. About me: I've been playing drums since I was 6. I got my Master Degree in 2022 at Salerno Music Conservatory (Italy) in Jazz Drums and Percussion. I've been doing the role of Assistant Professor at KCB with Stéphane Galland since 2023. Since I moved to Belgium I had to chance to collaborate and sharing the stage at the moment with Manou Gallo, Zap MAMA, Stephane Mercier, David Linx and various others.

Folk or classical acoustic guitar. The teaching philosophy is adapted to the level of each individual, according to the pace of work and motivation. For example, for beginners: Technique of the plectrum or fingers, coordination and correction of the right and left hand. Learning basic chords, simple themes, simple rhythms, reading tablatures (...). For intermediaries: development of rhythm, construction of chords, writing of tablatures, basic notions of harmony (...). Depending on your goals, you can learn, if you wish, to play 60 to 80% of current music from the first lessons, which often use the same chords and the same techniques.
