As a professional dancer and a rhythmic gymnast I have been stretching most of my life. Flexibility and mobility are crucial parts of exercises that should be considered daily in our lives. In my classes we will explore a variety of stretches and each day we will focus on different muscle groups to make sure we are not over-stretching but stretching enough to see quick results. After a few days/weeks you we be able to see and for sure feel a difference in your body. This class will teach you the basics of handling the ball, shooting the ball and being in an in game scenario. My goal is to improve the basketball scene in the UK and there is no better way to do so than training the younger generation. We will train in a safe environment in a local park at a basketball court. There are hoops there and I have spare basketballs so don't worry if you don't have your own.
