Creative Musician Masters graduate teaches singing, songwriting and performanceTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Did you ever ask yourself what your life would look like if you had more confidence? With me, your goals and self-esteem are my #1 priority. It’s estimated that roughly 85% of people worldwide have low self-esteem. This can lead to mental health issues such as anxiety and have a dramatic impact on our personal and professional lives. To combat this, we must take special care of ourselves and I believe that working towards finding our individual voices is a fantastic way to do so. Working on a creative skill cultivates greater emotional health and builds our confidence as we improve. I’m the right tutor for you if: You’re ready to take action to build your confidence You want to overcome fears around performing You want to expand the range of notes you can sing You want to discover your voice You want to improve your vocal tone You want to stabilise and strengthen your voice You want tools to manage anxiety and become a better a singer through work on breathing techniques You DON’T want to spend hours on scales or music theory I wasn’t born a naturally good singer and have struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember. I’m now a professional singer and singing coach, signed to a record label with over 3 million streams and although I still experience anxiety, I’m far better equipped to cope with it thanks in part to breathing techniques. It’s safe to say, I know how impactful the right guidance can be. You can see it in the reviews from my students too - through my coaching, confidence blossoms alongside the voice. Make this the turning point of your life. Why not take the first step to building your self-esteem and sign up for your first lesson now? You deserve to nurture yourself!

Singing and songwriting lessons. Helping to build confidence and find your own unique voice.Translate this text using Google Translate.

Hello, I’m Laura, and I absolutely love teaching singing. There’s something very special about helping students discover and develop their voice, whether they’re singing for the first time or working towards refining their technique. Watching someone grow in confidence and truly enjoy their singing is what makes teaching so rewarding. I have a Master’s degree in Songwriting from Bath Spa University and vocal training with BAST, giving me a strong foundation in both performance and technique. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of performing at festivals such as Shambala, Secret Garden Party, Boomtown, and Cheltenham Jazz Festival, as well as supporting big names from the underground music scene across the UK. Through these experiences, I’ve seen first-hand how powerful singing can be, not just as a skill but as a way of expressing something deep and personal. My goal is to help students connect with their voice in a way that feels natural, expressive, and fulfilling. As a qualified and experienced yoga facilitator, I may incorporate breathing exercises and yoga techniques into sessions where needed. These can be particularly helpful in releasing tension, improving mindset, and opening up the voice, allowing students to sing with greater ease and confidence. How I Teach I tailor every lesson to suit the individual. Whether you want to focus solely on singing, songwriting, or a mix of both, we’ll create a session that works for you. My approach is supportive and relaxed, helping students of all levels build confidence and skill in a way that feels enjoyable. • Singing lessons focus on technique, tone, performance, and breathing exercises to help reduce tension and improve vocal control. • Songwriting sessions guide you through developing ideas, refining lyrics, and bringing songs to life. • Basic guitar tuition is also available for those who want to accompany themselves while singing or songwriting.

Music Production / Songwriting / Electronic Music Individual TutoringTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Music Production / Songwriting / Electronic Music Individual TutoringTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Almost all music today is made using computers—whether it's composed, recorded, or edited with music software. It has never been easier to create music yourself, requiring very little equipment or prior experience. I offer classes for all skill levels, from beginners who want to learn the basics and get to grips with music-making software, to experienced artists and producers looking to refine their skill set and make their music sound unique and professional. I have worked with artists across a wide range of genres, backgrounds, and ages. Through this experience, I’ve found that the common goal and joy in music is honest self-expression, something I pride myself on encouraging and facilitating, no matter your level of experience or confidence. The structure and timeline of the classes are flexible and can be tailored to your needs. For beginners, I typically recommend starting with an hour-long session once a week for ten weeks. The goal would be to finish at least two songs or pieces of music by the end of the course. Classes can be conducted in person or online. I am a classically trained musician. I was a chorister at Cambridge's King's College Choir as a child and received a music scholarship to one of the UK’s top secondary schools, where I studied trumpet, piano, viola, singing, and composition. It was there that I discovered my passion for music production on computers. I also achieved top grades in Music Technology and offer tutoring for Music Technology exams at both GCSE and A-Level. I then went on to study at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, specializing in Electronic and Produced Music, where I graduated with a first-class degree. My studies included modules in popular music production, songwriting, film music composition, acousmatic music, and orchestration, among others. Since then, I have been working with the charity Key Changes, where I visit psychiatric hospitals and forensic wards to collaborate with patients on music production and songwriting. A large part of this work involves creating instrumentals for rappers, which allowed me to learn how to produce drill and trap music. I’ve also run music production workshops for children aged 8-16 and provided individual tutoring to many young learners. I have an enhanced DBS check and extensive experience working with children aged 4 and up, including students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I look forward to hearing from you!

Lets Write a Song Together - Think, Sing, Play, Smile!Translate this text using Google Translate.

Lets Write a Song Together - Think, Sing, Play, Smile!Translate this text using Google Translate.

I have been writing songs now for 30 years, including being asked to write lyrics for local charities and for special occasions. Songwriting theory and musical theory and compositions can often take the fun out of lifting and playing music - whether its a guitar, microphone, drum kit! These 1 hour sessions give the customer an opportunity to explore musical styles, rhythms, while personalising a song for their own use. Every song created will be supplied in an electronic copy, with the lyrics displayed in a certificate explaining the background to the song/ lyrics/ tune etc. Option1 : Tutor and customer discuss the scope of the song - whwether the song is to be personal - about someone, somewhere, a particular event - whether the song is to be uplifting or melancholy, with distortion, or smooth? These personalised songs can be so well received; especially with a copy of a certificate explaining why it was written, when it was written and for whom. Option 2: The Random Song - pick some random words and create a masterpiece; see the story come to life as the song verses merge into a meaningful chorus.... or let the fun begin, and let the children ( small and grown up) have loads of ideas which randomly converge into YOUR song! Can be done in person as part of a 'party' or online over Teams etc. No two sessions are ever the same; and multiple members can dial in if you want them to share in the Songwriting process! Please feel free to ask questions, I have sample certificates available, and would love to hear from you! Every session comes with an e version of the recorded song, and an electronic copy of the certificate, showing the lyrics and details of the songwriter, date created/recorded.

An outstanding singer, teacher and just a beautiful human-being. When I first came in, I had not believed in my ability to sing, but the lessons with Arianna became so addicting that I don't wish to stop now! She created a safe space from day 1 and brought my voice out, helped me crack it and polish it afterwards :) The best first tutor I could've had! Merci!

Paul was very friendly and professional. He is a great musician and my son really enjoyed his first session with him and I'm sure he will enjoy the subsequent sessions we have already booked.

Patient and clear
