Created by Joseph Pilates to help soldiers recovering from injury this practice has been used for decades to help people recover and prevent injury. This practice is used by professional dancers across the globe to keep their bodies working and I can tailor classes to fit with any areas you are keen to work on, from injury rehabilitation to general toning and strengthening and build a personalised class and rapport with all my students.
