- Qualified Violin and Music Theory Τeacher offers private lessons to beginners or advanced students or to anyone who wishes to learn the art of the instrument. Primary goal of my teaching is to cultivate an understanding and appreciation for Music, through an instrument that has a leading role in many different genres. Through training in technical as well as in artistic/aesthetic aspect, I focus on those details that will create a pleasant and fruitful "interaction" with the violin for each student.

Thanks to this combination of classical training and practical experience, I know how important it is to make theory understandable, concrete, and musical. I use my own piano during lessons to clarify everything visually and audibly. Experienced teacher of Oud and oriental Arabic singing for over 11 years, I am Lebanese and currently residing in Germany. I studied for 8 years at the Lebanese National Conservatory. I taught at the Casa Beethoven Academy in Lebanon and gave private lessons. In addition, I was conductor of the Loubnan Assalam oriental orchestra for over 5 years. My recommendation for learning the Oud is to start with the study of notes and musical notation before tackling pieces. Although some students prefer to play songs directly, understanding the basics of musical notation allows for faster progress in the long run.
