Trusted teacher: I am a classical percussionist and a drummer, with many years of teaching and playing experience. I completed a Bachelor and a Master course in classical percussion in Italy, now I am studying a Master in Jazz & Pop drums at the HKU in Utrecht. I have an excellent knowledge of musical theory due to my studies and I love teaching because sharing my passion with others is important to me. I have experience teaching many students, between the ages of 5 and 50, since I was 18. I taught in two music schools, led projects in kindergartens and gave percussion instrument lessons in high schools. I trained students as percussionists in two school orchestras. Additionally, I used to write and produce learning materials with my students, to encourage accessible learning. My main teaching objective is to help students to find their personal way of playing and studying, without forgetting the most important thing; having fun. I understand that music should be fun, and those students not having fun will not get the best results. I usually start my lesson with the basics such as reading music, holding sticks and posture. I evaluate the student’s strengths and weaknesses, allowing them to reflect and evoke healthy self-criticism, to help them improve with a positive attitude. I always try to inspire my students, and at the same time I am inspired by them, as by playing music together we can learn a lot from each other. Whilst my students have learned a lot from me, likewise, I have learned a lot from my students and this has been very valuable to my development. I believe I would be an asset to you, because I am a flexible, open minded, experienced teacher.

Trusted teacher: I teach beginning and advanced aspiring pianists of all ages (3+) with a focus on immersing students in the magical world of music and getting the best possible quality out of them by challenging to achieve more than assumed possible. Music is a soul-enriching experience and developing musical skills can be a great gift for a lifetime. With solo piano performance degrees from the Royal Academy of Music (London) and the Universität der Künste (Berlin) I am a highly qualified award-winning concert pianist with almost 20 years of teaching experience and a passion for education. My musical learning was also furthered by postgraduate musicological studies at Royal Holloway and serious interests in philosophy, religions, history, civilization, literature, poetry, law, languages as well as many other things. I loved my musical journey which included not only piano but also composition, the violin, recorder, flute, harpsichord and clavichord from childhood onwards. In the last two decades, teaching has been giving meaning to my life and I enjoy helping others to find fulfillment as well as joy in their learning. My teaching approach is comprehensive, builds up confidence and incorporates a multidisciplinary orientation thanks to which students get promptly enthused over their learning. There is a focus on enhancing musical understanding, developing or improving reading skills, building up technique, expanding repertoire in a healthy way and foundationally preventing or sorting out injuries as well as pain-related problems. Although my teaching style is primarily quality-oriented with regards to skills, I believe that happiness, confidence, results and a sane sense of achievement are important components to balance in holistic education and offer a non-judgemental, patient, kind, equality-oriented, multicultural environment in which learning can thrive. I encourage students to perform in concerts, festivals, exams and competitions. Many have won prizes in numerous competitions and passed exams with distinctions. Others have improved their technical skills as well as understanding of music, thus opening more doors and finding professional opportunities in the world of music.

Trusted teacher: Music is in the origin of human history and is one of the oldest form of art and communication. It is the fundament of our culture, of ourselves. Only through music, we as the human race could evolve. Let's learn how to write music by becoming familiar with harmony, solfeggio, counterpoint. Andrea was born in Latina in 1996. His interest in music began as a child thanks to the influence of his uncle self-taught musician. The fascination of creation and musical production led him at the age of 13 to begin studies of Composition (under the guidance of Maestro Alberto Meoli) and Classical Guitar (with Maestro Giuseppe Gazzelloni and Maestro Marco del Greco) at the "Ottorino Respighi" conservatory in Latina. During his studies he has participated in numerous masterclasses with composers such as Leo Brouwer, Richard Causton, Toshio Hosokawa, Danny Elfman. In 2018 he participated in the annual composition course held by Giorgio Colombo Taccani as part of the LeAltreNote festival. His works have been performed in several European countries by artists such as Ensemble Fractales (Belgium), Birmingham Contemporary Music Group (United Kingdom), Estonian Police Wind Orchestra (Estonia), Fabrice Pierre (France), Stefano Parrino, Stefano Di Loreto (Italy ),... Among the awards obtained: 3rd prize at the Wolfgang Jacobi competition in Trossingen with “Cinque Miniature” for alto saxophone and accordion; 2nd prize in the Musica Nova competition (M ° Ennio Morricone jury director) in Latina with “I am vertical” for ensemble and soprano; O / Modernt Music Award in 2020 in Stockholm with “Ein Körnchen Sands” for mezzo-soprano, cello and piano; audience prize in the Tärkav Vask.ID competition in Tallinn with the piece "Śūnyatā" for wind orchestra; finalist in January 2021 in the Musequal competition in Helsinki with "Le vrai vert de l’ésperance" for violin, cello and piano. He is currently completing a master's in composition with Helena Tulve at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theater in Tallinn, Estonia.

Trusted teacher: I am a graduate of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, with several years of experience as a teacher as well as a performer, and professional composer and arranger. I am passionate about music education and can offer tuition in guitar, music theory, songwriting and composition for all ages and abilities. In guitar lessons, I want to be able to give students the tools they need to be able to express themselves fluently on the instrument. We will work on technique and essential theory, but there will also be a big focus on playing songs and learning tunes, which I believe is essential to understanding the instrument. I am also able to offer lessons in music theory, from beginner level to advanced jazz and classical theory. If you need assistance preparing for an entrance exam or theory exam, or if you just want to expand your general knowledge, then I am able to help. Through the study and analysis of theory in the context of musical compositions, I am able to give you a solid understanding of how music works on a theoretical level, widening your understanding of music as a whole. If you want you expand your creative instincts, I can also offer composition and songwriting lessons. Whether you want to perform as a singer songwriter, arrange for big band, or write music for symphony orchestra, I can offer tuition which will give you the tools necessary to improve in these areas. I teach from home and I am also able to teach over Skype/Zoom. Feel free to get in touch if you are interested. Thanks!
