This course is an introduction to contemporary music theory. It covers music theory from a practical approach, aiming to provide contemporary musicians with the necessary theory knowledge to communicate effectively within an ensemble situation, as well as develop their individual skills as music practitioners. Each class focuses on a particular element of music theory. After the initial explanation, practical application is explored, giving the students the opportunity to test their knowledge, and clear any doubts.

. I am a recent music graduate, graduating from The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance with BA Hons in Creative Musicianship.
. I believe, there is no one size fits all method with teaching, I am adaptable and will find the correct method and the correct pace to teach you.

I have been invited to teach publicly at the University of Costa Rica and am an Ambassador of The Benedetti Foundation. This course will not only give you a strong foundation in the construction and manipulation of harmony but also will help you apply this knowledge in various different scenarios.

No matter where you are in your musical journey, theory is necessary to gain musical freedom. Even knowing the basics allows an aspiring musician to start creating arrangements, compose, transpose, read music better, look for different colours in harmony, and much more.

I have designed a course that will bring students through the aspects of theory, notation, harmony, structure and form to help them become more fluent in reading, composing or performing.

Two keywords form the base of the singing technique I teach: relaxation and engagement. Inspired by the Alexander technique, we need the body to be completely free from any muscle tension before and after producing a sound. Then, to create a sound of quality, the body also needs to be engaged and free. By releasing all the unnecessary tension, you will be able to sing all the arias of your dreams. I will give some weekly exercises in singing and music theory and we will correct them together during the lesson.
I was part of the choir of the French public radio broadcaster for 7 years. I have a diploma in Music theory from the CRR of Boulogne-Billancourt. I even have a degree in Pop music and I am currently finishing my Master's in musical theatre and composition.

My professional life since obtaining my higher diploma from the conservatory has been full filled as pianist soloist, accompanist (lyrical singers, instrumental, ballet) and teacher. Settled for many years on the French Riviera (l'm bilingual) and moved in London during 2015, l weekly perform and l teach to any level. My repertoire is obviously classical but also my daily job is playing for Corporate Event, Dinner Presentations, Cocktails Party and Art Galleries .
