French lessons or tutoring for elementary/high school students

Born and raised in France but educated partly in Australia. I am very used to handling relationships with individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. My method is to structure courses in two halves: conversations on specific news, social or cultural topics with the help of videos, pictures or articles and then focusing on the main vocabulary or grammar issues faced.
This method is particularly adapted for students who have had a first scholar basis in french but who have not practised for a long time and want to upgrade their level in a daily conversational context. Alternatively, for students learning French as a second language at school, I will gladly help with the homework and focus on the main difficulties.

Hi! My name is Joana and I am originally from Luxembourg. Growing up in Luxembourg allowed me to be fluent in our three national languages: Luxembourgish, French and German (Native Proficiency).
After graduating from high school with a specialisation in modern languages and humanities, I moved to the United Kingdom to study Journalism. Living in London for over three years allowed me to perfect my written and spoken English. This class is for anyone interested in learning French from scratch or improving their current level. My aim is to provide my students with a strong foundation of the French language (grammar and vocabulary) but also a flavour of French culture. I assign homework every lesson and provide periodic progress reports. I tailor the lesson and homework content and the method of teaching to the student to make sure everyone has the chance to learn at their own pace. Ultimately though, I want my students to be able to comfortably chat in French and develop a love of this beautiful language.

I have been tutoring math for primary and secondary for two years before I moved to the Netherlands for my further studies. I am passionate about helping the students to understand what exactly they are learning in math classes in school. I genuinely care for the students to understand the basics of mathematics and guide them, until eventually, they would be able to solve the questions and find the joy of getting the answers right!

The students can bring their school coursework or homework, or past exam questions to ask me. I would prefer if the students would tell me what they would want me to explain beforehand (a picture of the coursework or questions), so that I would have a rough idea what to teach.

My name is Nanne and I provide tutoring and homework support for primary and secondary education. In primary education I supervise all subjects and for secondary education (VMBO, HAVO and VWO) I teach Mathematics B, Chemistry (substructure), M&O, English and Dutch. I also help with thesis supervision for bachelor and master studies

My goal is to give pupils confidence again so that they can really understand the subject and thus get more pleasure from going to class and taking tests. My approach is flexible and I approach each student differently, because it differs per person what he / she needs. In addition, I like a positive atmosphere and a healthy dose of humor, because the pressure to perform is already big enough!

Hello,
My name is Paul-Antoine and I live in Amsterdam where I am a student. I am currently studying at the University of Amsterdam in the PPLE bachelor (Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics).
From French parents, I followed all my education in the French system abroad and I speak French fluently.
In these support courses which can be academic or simply an aid to the deepening of the language, I will bring my personal culture and my recent readings which will also allow the student to discover another facet of French literature. In addition, these courses are also open to those who simply want to learn French.

I am perfectly bilingual Italian and French so I can give lessons for all levels. I am available for face-to-face (in Amsterdam) or remote lessons depending on your preference. The course develops according to the level and the needs (school studies in college or high school, work, etc.). For students, courses can be help with homework, remedial work, school monitoring. For adults rather exchanges and conversation. In relation to economics, I took the Economic and Social Science (SES) specialty in high school (18/20 at the baccalaureate) so I am able to give support courses for this subject to middle school students.
