- Qualified Violin and Music Theory Τeacher offers private lessons to beginners or advanced students or to anyone who wishes to learn the art of the instrument. Primary goal of my teaching is to cultivate an understanding and appreciation for Music, through an instrument that has a leading role in many different genres. Through training in technical as well as in artistic/aesthetic aspect, I focus on those details that will create a pleasant and fruitful "interaction" with the violin for each student.

About Me

Through teaching Violin I enjoy sharing my knowledge and love for the instrument and Music. My goal is to help my students to discover, understand and appreciate the elements that differentiate good music, of any genre or style.

My name is Alessandro, i am an Italian musician and guitarist.

I have been playing guitar for 20 years, and i am in the music business for about 5 years.

I studied music in London, where I got a Bachelor Degree from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, and privately with people like Phil Capone, Hugh Burns, Martin Goulding, Tolis Zavaliaris, Lee Hodgson and many others.

In the last 7 years i have been touring and recording around the world with the artist Theodore.

Some of the places where i recorded include Abbey Road Studios, Church Studios (London), Clouds Hill studios (Hamburg), and i played on stages around Europe, Canada, U.S.A.

I have skills in guitar performance, Theory, arranging, composition in different style of music such as Jazz, Classical and Pop (Reggae, Funk, R&B, Metal, Fusion, Blues etc.)

My objective is to teach you how to play and experience music in the purest form and to be as creative as possible.

Being a music tutor for more than a decade and having working experience in different countries, gave me the opportunity to develop my teaching skills so that I can customize the lessons according to each individual's special needs. I have an in deep knowledge of the most popular exam systems and syllabus (ABRSM, Trinity & Suzuki). I always try to find the perfect balance between fun and discipline, I try to create strong relationships with my students. I do my best to share my love for l music. I devote my energy to my students with consistency, punctuality and passion!

I will happily help you achieve your musical goals, from the basic fundamentals of piano playing (reading music, positioning your hands on the keys) to building a wonderful sound and technique, allowing you to play anything you wish, from simple melodies to the renown classical piano repertoire of any era.

The 30 mins lesson option is just for the new students, so we can meet, discuss, see what you need (level, scores, etc) and, of, course, start to play!

I offer this course for all levels and all ages! My aim is to help beginners discover and learn the rudiments of musical training, to deepen their knowledge of it for those who are initiated and to perfect it for those who are more advanced, according to the wishes of the student.

I work individually with every student and plan the learning process accordingly. Throughout my multi-year presence in the music scene as a recording artist and a violin teacher, I have acquired experience willing to share with my students and help them develop as musicians.

As a yoga teacher, I focus on a holistic approach to singing using also yogic tools to improve technique and performance. In the second half of class, we will build a repertoire that you'd like to sing and implement the technique into it.

Besides singing I play the violin and piano. I can teach them up to an intermediate level.
