Hi! I specialize in teaching English at the conversational level, as well as English for test preparations. Having worked in a primary school for years, I am comfortable with preparing students of all ages for Cambridge language exams like the Movers and Flyers tests. Having studied multiple foreign languages myself, as well as having studied methods of teaching English as a foreign language in the classroom, I believe that you'll find me a helpful and knowledgable teacher.

About Me
Hello! Thank you for your interest in learning English from me. As a student of languages myself (I studied French at University and Spanish while living in Madrid), I'm thrilled to share my experiences with likeminded individuals.
I believe that the best way to learn any foreign language is to have fun while doing it. Therefore, I'm always aiming to keep our lessons as fun and engaging as possible. Whether that's involving pop culture in the lesson plan or focusing on current events in the world, I'd like learning English to not feel like a chore. That's how my French and Spanish teachers taught me, and that's how I like to teach others.
It is of course imperative that students participate in order to learn- there's only so much that can be taken from working out of a book! You must apply the skills you've read about to the real world. For this reason, I put a strong emphasis on class participation. It's important to talk as much as possible, even if you don't know how to say exactly what you'd like to say. Making mistakes is part of learning anything, but especially a language.
Besides teaching, I enjoy practicing sports like basketball and football, cooking new and interesting foods, traveling, reading, and writing. My interests are broad, so I'm sure we will find things in common to chat about.
