Creative music theory with moving, reading notes and understanding the rythm

For a children is very important to improve musical skills. This way they can find a better way to express themself and also if they feel angry, sad or anxious it is a very good tool to calm down and have a focus for the lot of energy what kids have after sitting all day in school. In my classes we won't only learn music, but improvise a lot with different sounds. Using a lot of movement: finding how the body can create rythm and sounds, how to explore our own voice with the help of the body. We will learn solfege and music theory also but in a playful way, where we will became the composers of the music. We will use a lot of different instruments and explore how can we describe a music and sounds what we hear and recognize how different types of music makes us feel. What images they give to us? What emotions they bring up? What kind of movements they create? We will listen to a lot of music from the classical field and also from the jazz and folk and pop departments. We will learn how to understand the rythm of a music and how to build the music in space. This class is not only for kids, if you are an adult, I am able to teach solfege and improvisation also.
