My name is Aurora, I have a degree in environmental sciences and a master's degree in microbiology. I am Italian and I have been living in Madrid for three years. I offer individual Italian classes: my goal is to advance the student without overloading him. I give homework after each lesson and periodically provide progress reports. I can also offer individual classes in science, biology, geology and related subjects for university and high school students and help with preparation for exams and in the development of final degree projects.

A History, Cultural Heritage and Chemistry graduate, I am especially passionate about linguistics and different cultures! If you wish to brush up your Italian, resume a past series of lessons, or simply start from scratch learning Italian, this is the right lesson for you! I like to personalize each class/course according to the needs and goals of my students. My classes are focused on improving the student's communication skills. At beginner and lower intermediate levels, I prefer using a text book/ student book in the first part of the class. I usually use "Nuovissimo Progetto Italiano" and "Arrivederci" by Edilingua, or "Nuovo Espresso" and "Dieci" by Alma Publishing. For the second part of the lesson, I create engaging contents using original videos, press articles, extracts from blogs and social media, literary texts. If the students do not feel comfortable using Italian from scratch, I can switch to English, German, or Dutch. The course fee includes the correction of home assignments.
